In the yard there is a swimming pool, a bar-restaurant, a breakfast gazebo and a subtropical garden. Each room has a bathroom, fridge, air conditioning, safe, TV, two beds, table, hairdryer, wardrobe, two sets of bed linen, including towels, bathrobes, slippers. The villa has an administrator, a maid, a cook and a bartender.
