My friends and I had a great experience at this guest house. The yard is beautiful, filled with lovely flowers and fruit trees. The house is large and is fitting for solo travelers, couples, or entire families. Each room has a private bathroom, good hot water, comfy beds, and air conditioning. Everything is immaculately clean and well cared-for. There is a great kitchen area for making your own meals (each room also has a Mimi fridge). The owner Oleg and his family are extremely kind hosts, friendly, and happy to help. His children speak good English, so communication was easy. It's only five minutes walk from the beach too! great ocean views and the shore is uncrowded here. Very good experience :)

Highly recommended! Me and my friend rented this place for our birthday parties , we spent 4 beautiful days there with our closest friends and all of us will remember these times forever ! This place is so beautiful, location is outstanding - On the hill with a sea view, quite place where you can feel calm and everyone will have space for their own. There is almost no people around, so we were allowed to make a party with loud music until 2.00 am. The pool is a cherry on top :') Hosts are family of the kindest people and are always in touch and will help with everything you need. Thank you ! I will definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. It was a wonderful stay. The house is located in a peaceful area nearby the river, so there is only the sound of it. The house itself is spacious, ideal for 5 people. We spent a lot of time in the living room here. For summer, there is also a great terrace with comfortable seats. Vivo - our host - was very friendly, he managed our question even when it was heavy rain outside, so helpful. In our case, there was only minus - the distance and the journey from Batumi. We visited the city almost every day. It took a lot of energy and time. So if you have some business in the city, consider this. On the other hand, if you want to have just peaceful time - I'd definitely recommend this house.

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

Welcoming host, very responsive. Beautiful, very clean and well furnished chalet. We had difficulty finding the place, as the road on Google maps was only partially mapped out. But the host graciously came and guided us and offered to bring us again to the door if needed.

The trip was a great, friendly and very friendly host! Very cozy and comfortable house. Dedicated bedrooms, which is as convenient as possible to accommodate several guests. All amenities are available. All appliances work perfectly. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, all kitchen utensils, dryer, TV. There is also extra bedding. Everything is very convenient for large groups of people. The location is good. The host of the apartment was very friendly. He met me, arranged it! In one word, I recommend 👍
