Great new house with two full bedrooms. Had a good rest.

A great place to stay close to the city. Quiet , great views and very cozy! And it's important that you can bring pets!

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

The place is in the owners garden. But you didn't feel disturbed! The host was very accommodating and took care of the concerns directly. The place was very clean and is designed for 4 people. I have to give a minus point for the shower. After showering, the whole bathroom is wet and you have to mop it as the shower is not separated. Also, there was either only hot or cold water. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

We celebrated New Year's Eve with our family in this beautiful house. The space is comfortable expectations. A brand new townhouse has just been renovated. Everything is new and fresh. The mega beds are comfortable and comfortable. All appliances and tableware are available for longer stays. The host is very friendly and helpful. At our request, we brought home a Christmas tree and toys, for which we were grateful! We will definitely come back here next time!

Birthday was great! Thank you Vladimir for the offer, I previously sent a video of the house, quickly agreed on the number of guests and the cost. We were met by Maggie, very nice and friendly. The house has everything, clean and tidy. We were 20 people, but there were 10 left for the night. There was enough space for everyone) A large courtyard area, there is a table and a grill, a smoking area. Inside there are two living rooms, many chairs and tables. The kitchen has all the amenities. Hot water, wifi, karma. Check out was super easy. The holiday was definitely a success) Thank you again, we will recommend it!

We had such a great stay here! The house was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and filled with natural light from the big panoramic windows. The views of the green mountains were absolutely beautiful and made the whole place feel peaceful and relaxing. It’s in a great location too — just a short walk to the beach, only 1 km from the botanical garden, and about 20 minutes from downtown Batumi. The host was fantastic — super responsive and even gave us a ride around the neighborhood to get familiar with the area. Really appreciated the extra effort! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We (five people) were met at the airport. It was brought to the place. The house is beautiful both outside and inside. The photos don't do it justice. The area near the house is well-maintained. The house is clean, cozy and everything is provided for living and relaxing. The hosts are hospitable, thoughtful, and always available. The vacation was great. Many thanks to Temuri and his family. A lot of experience and pleasure from the trip. Recommended. There is a mountain river nearby. Swimming in it is unforgettable.

Me and my friends have spent 8 pleasant days in this beautiful house. What we've liked: - Everything is very beautiful! - The house is located in close proximity to the sea, the beach is clean and more often empty. A sea view from almost every point of the yard - There are many equipped zones in the house and around it – 8 people can spread out to different spots and work/relax without disturbing each other. - Privacy: We felt quite isolated, there was a feeling of a cozy nest. The only thing is that a couple of times the housekeeper came into the territory without warning, but we asked her not to do that anymore - Arrangement of the house and outdoor kitchen: there was everything necessary for life – kettles, two large refrigerators, lots of kitchen utensils, two stoves, an oven, dishes, a hair dryer, an outdoor shower, enough towels, sun loungers What : - Railway is in 10m from the house gates - One toilet for 8 people might be inconvenient. But there's an outside shower

Great place with amazing view! Perfect for family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the Airbnb! Lela brought us a delicious coffee from time to time and was always helpful. We felt right at home and were super welcomed, also the neighbors in the village were super sweet! The view from the balcony was beautiful and also the apartment sparkling clean! Walking in 10 minutes you are down by the sea and shortly before there is also a supermarket and restaurant. We had a great time :) Thank you for everything!

The hoster is kind，she cooked the delicious bread and coffee for us！The place is queit and beautiful！

Giorgi and his father were extremely helpful and very friendly. Their house is fantastic, offering beautiful views of the mountains and nature. The only potential issue is that on your first visit, navigating to the house might be tricky since it's located in a village. Therefore, it's advisable to let Giorgi guide you to the house initially, and then you can fully enjoy your stay.

Nice house right by the sea, the ground floor is a little old and the railway is very audible, but it does not bother much after a day. Kusa is a nice host who will help with everything. We enjoyed our stay!

Cool cabin for enjoying your stay! Everything you need is in the house, as well as the hosts are very hospitable and responsive! The beach is 15 seconds away. The railroad is located across the street of your house. I liked everything, the rest was wonderful.

New small house, everything inside is thoughtful: lighting, kitchen and rooms, new beautiful renovation. Good internet and powerful air conditioner. There is everything you need, there is a large wardrobe and a double bed in each room. There are swings and hammocks on the property. 3 minutes walk to the sea. Very nice place with a beautiful sunset from the terrace. Not far from the beach. Very pleasant environment and charming family in the house next door. I highly recommend it!!!

Great Place to visit. Good I chose it. Host Sonia (Madona's Mother) was perfect host. Very Hospitable, cheerfu, kind and generous. She provided me a dairy products. She had cows and natural food from garden. After a long journey, when you arrive at your destination, it is quite difficult to eat quickly and deliciously. Sonia offered me dinner, which was very nice and delicious. I admire this lady. House was clean and so big, whole third floor was mine in a good price. Batumi Botanical Garden was 10 minutes walk and beach as well. I enjoyed walking. It is very peaceful place and super neighborhood. I easily reached city as well. Every 10 minutes bus is coming. Good place for families and children. Hope I will be back in the future. You won't regret it either if you visit Sonia and her wonderful house.
