Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.

This villa is a gem of a property resting on a peaceful area of the massive Koggala Lake about 15 km from the historic town of Galle. It has a private jetty & it's possible to hire a boat with driver to go on a sunrise or sunset cruise around the lake. There is one bedroom upstairs with an. open plan ensuite bathroom. A 2nd double & a small twin room suitable for children are on on the ground floor. All are air con as well as over head fans. The villa comes with a Chef + house staff.

We’ve lovingly renovated it to make it cozy and comfortable, so you can unwind and enjoy Sri Lanka’s beauty. While tucked away in tranquility, you’re still close to everything: Ahangama is just 10 minutes by scooter, and Kabalana Beach only 6 minutes away. We also have a scooter for rent if you need one.
