The Gatehouse at is an exclusive, private self catering getaway for a couple or a solo traveller. It is located at the entrance to the estate and features a private 8-metre pool. It is an ideal home base to explore the area. Everything you need is provided in stylish, designer luxury. The washing machine and dryer make travelling easy and hiring a scooter from Epic Rides or using either Pick me app or our trusted tuk drivers allows easy beach and local historic site access.

Soak up the tranquility of nature whilst being just a 5 min walk to the Indian Ocean and some of Sri Lanka’s famed beaches and surf spots, including Kabalana beach. While tucked away in tranquility, you’re still close to everything: Ahangama is just 10 minutes by scooter, and Kabalana Beach only 6 minutes away. We also have a scooter for rent if you need one. Tucked away in lush green, you will find the Cottage which is situation on the Kogalla lake, just 1 km away from the beach, and minutes away from Ahangama where you will find lots of entertainment and great surf spots. The Cottage is peaceful, private and quiet. Soak in the sounds of nature, watch birds pass by while the monkeys keep an healthy distance. Don’t forget to take a dip in our almost infinity pool and dine on our peer!
