Each apartment in Villa Aikkila has three bedrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a sauna with its own large terrace. The large windows in the living room and kitchen offer views of the beautiful scenery. The apartments are stylishly and well-furnished, and the apartments have all the necessary equipment down to the smallest details. The apartments are approximately 80 square meters in size. There are 9 beds per apartment. A beach sauna, lean-to and traditional hut, as well as a campfire pit, are included in the price. Linens and cleaning are included in the price.

Villa Pihla

Villa Pihla is a well-equipped half of a twin cottage for 4 people in Ruka, 2 km from Rukakylä. Despite the proximity to Ruka, the location is quiet and offers the guest beautiful forest and mountain scenery. The main skiing, mountain biking and snowmobiling trails start 200m walking distance from the cottage. The rental price does not include final cleaning. As an additional service, you can buy linen and towels for 30 euros/person and final cleaning for 100 euros. The cottage is not suitable for people with animal allergies. Welcome!

Quiet and well-equipped cottage in Ruka

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.
