Holiday rentals with beach access in Koksijde

This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful views from each of the terraces. We saw some stunning sunsets. Great fun watching all the activity on the beach. Bart and Mieke were excellent hosts, providing really useful information on everything from where to eat to where to park. Very responsive to every question we had and even helped with late checkout. The apartment is small but is really well designed and beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We wholeheartedly recommend this fabulous Airbnb.

3rd stay in Mieke's apartment and the spacious apartment has 2 beautiful terraces and a perfect location directly on the sea.

The apartmen great for us and our three kids (9, 7, 4): very clean and well maintained just a few meters from the beach. Check-in and check-out is all self service and very easy with Sam’s instructions sent the day before. Finding parking is challenging during tourist high season but you can park the car in front of the place while you temporarily unload. Had a fantastic stay and the apartment has everything you need!

Had a very nice stay by the sea in this apartment on the sea dyke. Magnificent frontal sea view and apartment beautiful & practically furnished. Ideally located with everything close at hand. Kaat was very helpful and responsive. Check-in and checkout arranged very smoothly.

Very nice apartment right on the beach. You have a great view of the sea. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen super equipped. We were there in May, there were enough parking spaces available in the adjacent streets. For loading and unloading we would have to walk about 50-100 meters, because in the street that goes directly to the beach promenade, there would be no parking spaces available. But it wasn't a problem. Restaurants and a small Spar within walking distance. A Carrefour is about 2 km away. Overall, it is still very quiet in May. Great beach for long walks with dogs (until 31.05. and again from 16.09. dogs are allowed on the beach all day).

Alexander is a very friendly host who responds via messages if anything comes up or if you have a question. The stay was really nicely decorated and the beautiful terrace and the south side with sun awning and beautiful furniture were really top and we also sat a lot there. a 5-minute walk from the sea. St Idesbald and its surroundings were a great discovery! Really a location where we will come back, thank you Alexander and family! Caroline and Laetitia

Perfect weekend in this very nice modern apartment and tastefully decorated. Perfect for a family of 5. Ideally located, close to shops and the Place de Saint-Idesbald. Easy and responsive communication with Kris and Tina. We'll probably be back.

Claude's place was ideal for our short family stay: spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, in a good location (downtown Dunkirk accessible by bus - free!). Only a small difficulty with the heating was quickly taken care of by a very responsive Claude. We hope to be back soon!

We just had two wonderful days in Malo les Bains. I hesitated to choose this accommodation for its location on the ground floor but the house is a little away from the dike, very quiet, walkers pass without worrying about "us", which on the other hand enjoys an incredible view of the beach! Very peaceful night, the room overlooking the back of the apartment: no noise! I'm already looking forward to coming back, especially since Martine is an absolutely adorable host.

Extreme affability, availability and responsiveness of our hosts. Based on our experience, the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever visited! Spacious (more than envisioned through the photo report), bright, modern comfort beyond what one can expect from an Airbnb of this category. Very cozy, with many features for families (Available: games, books, children's beds, bicycles, etc.). Ideal location! Plenty of parking in front of the property. Small shops, amenities and restaurants nearby. A superb beach within reach of a short digestive walk. Also highlighted, a hiking circuit directly accessible via a private access from the garden. In short, an unforgettable family stay! A reference for us for this part of the north coast!

Very easy, friendly and informative check in. The house is modern, pleasant and well equipped. It is located in a quiet area with easy walks to the beach and shops. A good area for cycling. We had a 10 month old youngster with us and it was ideal for him.

Beautiful house, incredibly beautifully designed by the architect/owner, both inside and outside and with an eye for detail. Moreover, in the middle of an oasis of greenery and within walking distance of the sea with nice addresses to discover as well. Here we really found everything that makes us happy! This gem is now at the top of our 'even-road' list ;-)

We had a good stay, the instructions to access the accommodation are very clear. The parking lot is not very far, about 150 meters. There is everything you need in the kitchen and for the dishes! The bedding could be improved for even more comfort. Good place, we'll be back!

I had a fantastic experience staying in the apartment. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect and check-in was smooth and easy. Sabine was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. We had a great week in Mylène's apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the bedding in the bedroom is very comfortable. The terrace is spacious and the sea view is beautiful. On sunny days, it is a pure pleasure to enjoy this beautiful terrace. For the grayer and windier days, you can continue to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the apartment. If you like to watch the sea "live", this is the perfect place. Mylène's welcome is warm and she ensures that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We'll most certainly be back!

Everything you need for your stay in Koksijde.

We felt very comfortable! The view was fantastic and it was relatively quiet in the house and also on the beach. We will be enjoying the few days of time out for a long time and are also thinking about coming back again :)

This was our 2nd stay at Sofie's. The apartment is very nice, nicely decorated, with a particularly thoughtful layout of the space. You can enjoy the calm while being close to the sea and all amenities. Only small downside: the terrace passes in the shade quite early in the afternoon so do not hesitate to provide a small wool to fully enjoy it. Anyway, we'll be back with pleasure!

I had a weekend in Jocye's studio with my best friend. The contactless check-in was super easy. The messages from Jocye were simple, understandable and very friendly. We received an answer to our questions within a very short time. The studio itself is very sweet. Really well suited for two people. Everything you need is there. You can also sleep very well on the sofa bed. It is very quiet and the view of the sea is absolutely amazing! We rented bicycles on the beach promenade and explored the surroundings.
