Holiday rentals with a patio in Kolympia

Rocco and Marta were great hosts, and responsive with help. Really amazing location to enjoy Old Town, the historic sights, restaurants and shopping. To note - it was fine for me, but some may find the bathroom a bit tight. You also have to be careful in using the shower as to not spray water beyond the glass pane. Patio setup has changed but is still nice. Otherwise, apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures.

I recommend this place for a couple who values peace and privacy. It was lovely to sunbathe in the private yard, and the sea was just a short walk away for a swim. I recommend having a car to make the most of this accommodation! I would definitely stay here again! ☺️

Steve’s accommodation was super nice. It is exactly like in the photos, very comfortable and adequate in addition to being located in an excellent region. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and Faliraki beach. I was in contact with Georgia before my arrival and she was very helpful, gave me excellent tips and clear instructions about the address and check-in. Without a doubt, I recommend this space!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was hard to pick a location in Rhodes because we had 3 days and wanted to see different parts of the island. We settled on this one because it is close to Rhodes Town but also across the street from a nice, quiet beach. It is about a 25 minute walk into the old town, but a quick drive. There is lots of parking outside the apartment. The beach is immediately across the street and the apartment has beach gear. There are a number of restaurants and shops nearby and the marina is a quick walk. The apartment has been fully renovated and is in great shape. Greg was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again if we return to Rhodes!

Recomnendation. Book Simi travel bus tour to Panormitus in advance, which costing 10 Euro as of 2025, June. Then, you can jump the tour bus from the ferry port directly without 10 min walk to the port town. Panormitis is a must-go-see where you see a beatiful small town with the contrast of THE cobalt blue sea and light yellow town collor. About location and stay. Nice friendly owner and easy to get there. There is only one route of the public bus - so-called 'Mini bus' that is bound for Pedi beach. The bus station is located in front of the port town from 10 min walk distance on your left. This site is just next to the first bus stop of the mini bus. Don't go around the port town to find this site, just get on the (yellow) mini bus, and get off at the first stop.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Leona war wirklich toll! Sie war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele gute Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Auch ihr Mann war super nett. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und es war alles gut organisiert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Absolutely the kindest host you could ask for! The place is close to the airport, but we had no issues in terms of noise while sleeping. There is a free parking spot, a private jacuzzi, and a common pool. The apartment is very clean and suitable for a couple. We cooked at home and had everything we needed. The complex is close to restaurants and markets; however, a car is very much needed, as you would expect in most places in Rhodes. Really nice beaches are about a 15-minute drive away, so not bad. It was a nice getaway. The host was very kind and thoughtful, surprising us with welcome and goodbye gifts. What more could you ask for? :)

Wonderfully charming traditional accommodation in the heart of Archangelos. There was nothing missing. Communication was easy and the reception was very warm and welcoming. Also great location. Centrally located and everything was easily accessible. I’d certainly love to come back! Highly recommended.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage walking distance to the beach. The village of Afantou has everything you need in terms of shops and restaurants. Great setup for families , cozy and comfortable in all kinds of weather (we had cool days, hot days and even a thunderstorm!) Great base for exploring the island of Rhodes. The cold pool is nice and refreshing. Host was responsive and helpful.

Fantastic stay - I think easily the favorite of our trip. The host was amazingly responsive, to the point that I wonder if she ever has any personal time? She helped us arrange for transport to and from airport; highly recommended, as finding the apartment on your own in the maze of streets could be challenging, and the driving service carried our bags and took us to the door. Host was also quick to respond to requests for restaurants and lined us up with a very convenient car rental service for exploring the island. The apartment is charming and, though a little small, quite comfortable; we did not find ourselves needing more space. Air conditioning and wifi worked great. Would highly recommend this property and the host.

Leider war ich nur 5 Nächte in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft, aber ich habe jede Minute genossen. Ein sehr schöner Garten, Terrasse, Haus und Außenanlage super gepflegt. Keine Wünsche offen! Für eine oder 2 Personen ideal, Umgebung ruhig Michail und seine Familie sind sehr nett, hilfreich, offen und liebenswürdig. Auch auf diesem Wege meinen ganz herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit, die ich bei euch verbringen durfte. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Strand (grober Kies, sehr klares Wasser), an dem man immer einen Platz findet. Es gibt auch genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von klein bis ganz groß, je nach Bedarf. Zu einigen netten Familien-Tavernen ist es nur 3 min zu Fuß. Unbedingt zu empfehlen sind einige Touren bzw. Besichtigungen, zu denen Michail und seine Familie tolle Tips geben kann. Wenn Not am Manne sein sollte, es ist immer direkt jemand zu erreichen. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werde DEFINITIV wieder dort buchen - dann aber länger!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Rachel. L'appartement était tel que décrit et impeccablement propre, lits confortables, piscine et environnement magnifique, nous reviendrons certainement. Rachel ainsi que Sylvia et son mari ont été très accueillants et disponibles nous les en remercions.

Il va être difficile de trouver des points négatifs sur le logement proposé dans un endroit loin de la foule des ressorts. Sincèrement, je reviendrai et je recommanderai ce logement.

Unser Aufenthalt auf Rhodos war einfach traumhaft! Die Wohnung war perfekt – alles war neu, sehr sauber und die riesige Terrasse mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht war ein absolutes Highlight. Der Whirlpool war makellos gepflegt und ein echtes Plus. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat uns tolle Insider-Tipps für die Region gegeben und war immer sofort erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Auch der flexible Check-in und Check-out, besonders am Abreisetag, hat unseren Aufenthalt entspannt abgerundet. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful little house in Rhodes! Despina and Paul were incredibly kind and accommodating, they responded quickly and clearly to any questions we had, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, tidy and well-equipped, and in a perfect location with a supermarket just 5 minutes away. The area has lovely locals, with great bakeries, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Inside, there’s a cozy space to relax and watch Netflix, and outside, a peaceful seating area to unwind after a day out. The weather was stunning, and the beaches are easy to reach, including one right in Paradisi! The bus stop by the airport is an 8-minute walk, making travel around the island convenient. This little house truly felt like a home away from home. We’re so grateful for the experience and hope to return in the future. Thank you so much for everything, Despina and Paul we hope to return! Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ,όλες οι αποστάσεις πολύ κοντινές με το αμάξι. Κεντρικό, ευρύχωρο και καθαρό! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ τους οικοδεσπότες για την φιλοξενία! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά αν βρεθώ στο νησί!

Great responsive host. We had very late flight landing before midnight. Thus, after collecting the car we were very late 1 am. Also we had issue to find the place due to google map showing different location. But Arestir was waiting for our coming, giving us updated link with direction. We were very pleased for help and host. Beautiful apartment with full privacy. We love a big patios with two balconies to have a seat at evenings after busy day. We can recommend this place.

Absolutely fabulous stay, apartment was extremely clean, everything was the same as photos, host was there to meet us, very friendly and helpful host, I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to anyone. Within easy walking distance to Rhodes Old Town and New Town, nice cafes nearby.

Had a great stay at this property. Photos don’t do the property justice!! Property had everything you could ever need. Georgios was very responsive and flexible with check in/out times and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

We spent 5 days in George and Cecilie’s apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is great. Very good location, close to the local bakeries, cafes, small shops and restaurants. It’s just a walking distance from the old city of Rhodes. The apartment is also very well equipped and clean. Also, the owners are flexible, hospitable and brilliant communicators. I would highly recommend the place!

L'appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso pulito e ottimamente organizzato. Abbiamo gradito la presenza del terrazzo molto grande e della cucina con tutti gli accessori necessari. Anche il bagno era grande e comodo. Tutto molto pulito. L'appartamento fa parte di un complesso con una bellissima piscina comune con ampi spazi e ci sono a disposizione sdraio e ombrelloni. L'accoglienza di Matt è stata davvero amichevole, ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. Durante tutta la permanenza è stato presente ma discreto. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bellissima e consigliamo a tutti questo posto tranquillo.
