Villa holiday rentals in Kolympia

This Villa was one of the best we have ever stayed at! It is just a short walk away from the local restaurants and shops. We hired a car to travel across Rhodes which was made easier by the parking space at the villa. When we arrived the host showed us round and the space was spotless. The whole house is modern and beautiful! The host even sent us free lunch! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rhodes that’s away from all the main tourist traps this is the perfect place to go!

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool in absolut ruhiger Lage, der Strand keine 100 m entfernt mit glasklarem Wasser und menschenleer. Um Ruhe und Erholung zu finden ideal. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind wie auch der Garten geschmackvoll gestaltet.

Beautiful villa with amazing outdoor space. We spent our days round the pool and enjoyed eating in the outside area the nights we stayed in. We were a family of 6- with kids aged 10, 14, 16 and 19…. all ages enjoyed it. We enjoyed a day trip to Symi and a private sunset boat trip as well exploring Rhodes old town. We ate in several of the recommended restaurants and had a good meal in all of them. Thanks for an amazing holiday

Just finished a 3 night stay as a group of 5 friends (~35), we loved the house and the location! The pool was incredible! Also, Yiannis the housekeeper was such a great host, proactive communication, very helpful showing us around and a true gentleman and pleasure to meet! Highly recommend this house

I had a fantastic time in this space! The pool was definitely the highlight of my stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor area was both comfy and spacious—perfect for relaxing. The locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall great experience. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to Annie, who provided excellent support and shared some wonderful recommendations. I can't wait to return!

An absolutely beautiful villa. Came here for 5 days and had an amazing time! The host, Michaela, was superb from start to finish and was always at hand to give us the help we needed throughout the stay. Any questions we had were answered very quickly before our stay and also during! The large open space at the front was amazing with a large pool! The villa inside is really nice and modern. I can definitely say I will stay here again and cannot recommend the villa enough! 10/10 stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at the house! First of all, both the house and the yard are very spacious, with different corners to enjoy sitting. The house stands almost alone, not part of a touristic hub, and yet is in a close distance from supermarkets, bakeries and anything else you might need. Some of the beds were not comfortable, probably time to replace the mattresses. The house is very decorated, which gives a personal touch, but might not suit everyone’s taste. In spite of these minor drawbacks, I must stress that we stayed at three different houses in Rhodes, and all of us felt that this one was the most comfortable! We will gladly return there for another stay.

We had an amazing 4-day stay at this lovely home in Rhodes, Greece. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and even included some thoughtful welcome drinks, which was a great touch. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the Old Town, and other key spots. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted with arranging taxis to and from the airport and provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rhodes!

We booked for 7 adults and 3 children. The villa and location was prefect! Zohar was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated an early check in and late checkout. The private beach access is amazing. They provided travel cots, high chairs, beach towels etc! I would highly recommend for adults or families.

On behalf of all of us, our stay at Villa Greenheart for the wedding was beyond amazing! I had many concerns as we were a party of 10, but Greenheart is fully equipped, and the property is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. After the wedding ceremony, a few more friends and family joined us at the property. It started with a sunset cocktail by the pool, where we enjoyed the DJ’s eclectic music while the sky put on a breathtaking show. Then, we moved into the beautiful garden for a magical dinner! The night ended with an epic party, filled with dancing and celebrating under the stars—just perfect! Nicolas, our host, was fantastic and made sure everything was just right. He also shared some amazing local spots in Rhodes that unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, but we’ll definitely be back to discover them. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for a special occasion, Villa Greenheart is it!

Manos & Christos were fantastic, could not have been more helpful. Villa Emerald was simply perfect, beautifully maintained, well equipped, spotlessly clean with the most amazing views. The beds are super comfortable with fresh linen change half way through our stay. If I owned a villa abroad, this is the team I would want to run it. Perfect in every way, highly recommended. What an amazing villa, a group of 10 of us stayed here for 5 nights. We had an amazing time, the villa is very spacious with a wonderful pool and outside area. All the rooms are very comfortable with A/C throughout. Despina gave us local recommendations and helped us with taxi organisation which for a group of 10 was very helpful. It’s only a 10 minute taxi to the old town and there is plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We would 100% recommend Despina’s Villa

D&R Villas was amazing… as was Dimitrios! This villa had everything we could have wanted and needed, and is by far the nicest house in the village of Gennadi. Our local family friends came by and kindly reminded us it is not the authentic village vibe (as they look around in awe) but I think they were just jealous! Dimitrios was the best and quite literally responded within seconds to any matter I needed help with. The villas are also in the most fabulous location with equal walking distance to the beach as you are the village. A pool almost also feels necessary given how hot Gennadi is. There’s no where else I would have wanted to stay in Gennadi and we will be returning to the villas when we come back to Rhodes next year. Don’t hesitate, book the villas. Thank you Dimitrios!

Dimitra ist eine tolle und sehr nette Gastgeberin! Sie hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und war super hilfsbereit. Wir sind schon um 10 Uhr morgens gelandet, obwohl der Check-in eigentlich erst ab 16 Uhr möglich war – trotzdem durften wir früher in die Unterkunft, was wirklich super war. Als wir abends spontan um 22 Uhr noch Fussball spielen wollten, hat sie sofort das Licht für den Platz angemacht – total aufmerksam und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Dimitra!

First trip with the whole family including a 10 month old. The villa was perfect, large bedrooms with great views and each with an in suite bathroom. Living area and kitchen was spacious and very comfortable. The pool area was great and used everyday from a quick dip to cool off or the evening sat outside to having something to eat before heading out. Lindos was only a 5 min drive or 30ish min walk (done early morning before it got to hot). Lindos was super and kept us occupied for the week we stayed. The Host and team were great, highly responsive and even allowed a slightly later checkout on the last day. Highly recommended.

If I could give my stay more than 5* I could - the host was very accommodating and clearly put a lot of effort in making the property nice for us. The property itself was stunning, with a pool overlooking the oceans, and a few different areas to relax in. Located in a slightly more rural part of Rhodes, staying here is an excellent way to access nature and a less touristy experience of the island.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait ! La villa était exactement comme décrit — propre, spacieuse, très bien équipé et idéalement situé. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide, rapide et très agréable du début à la fin. Mention spéciale pour l’organisation impeccable et le système d’accès simple et sécurisé. On sent vraiment que tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Je recommande à 100 % et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage à Rhodes . Merci encore pour tout ! 🙌

What a wonderful time we had at the Zendo Villa. It was just as described online..the location was even more beautiful, right next to the mountain side. Management was extremely helpful, and responded very quickly. What I thought was lovely, were the little touches..they had provided children's shampoo/bath gel/toothbrushes/sponges. They had a bed guard for my 2 year old which was great! My family and I had an amazing time, thank you

We had a brilliant week-long stay at this gorgeous villa. The villa is stunning and spacious, perfect for our two families. With a separate annex area if you’re wanting some private space. Our host Panos was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed, especially with two infants. The outside area and pool is fantastic and a great area to relax with the pool cleaned daily. Panos went above and beyond by organizing a rental car and recommending numerous places to visit, including some hidden gems in Rhodes. The location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it's centrally situated between Lindos and Rhodes Town, both of which are must-visit destinations. Our host made sure we settled in well, familiariser with the facilities and was available for any issues. Would recommend to all.

Absoluter Traum! Die gesamte Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, Ausstattung und Service wie beschrieben, alles sauber & neu und einfach perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Freunden/Familie. Auto aber absolut benötigt, um zu den ganzen schönen Stränden und Hotspots zu gelangen. Nur 15 Fahrminuten nach Lindos. Wir würden nochmal buchen.

This villa is AMAZING! Host is wonderful. We felt home from the moment we walked in and had all the comfort we needed for a relaxing holiday. She left water, biscuits, fruit and food for a breakfast. House is brand new, super clean, beds stylish&comfortable, whole house is decorated with love. Bathroom is big with two showers in one which made it fun to take showers with kids. There is a Toaster, coffee machine with capsules, filter coffee. a nice bakery 5 mins walk for morning cappuccinos everyday. Pool is in front, has great view over the mountains and in full privacy, garden at the back with a seating area, table and a brand new barbecue. Location is quiet, good to explore the island, some of the beautiful beaches in 10’ drive, supermarket, tavernas, nice pizzeria in the town. All easy! But above all, Georgia and her family are super sweet and made us feel home, responsive and helpful but very discreet. She is the most generous and kind host we’ve ever met. THANK YOU Georgia XX

What an amazing trip it was, and what a plWhat a wonderful trip this was, and how much staying at this amazing property made it even more special. Before our arrival at the villa, the lovely Helena checked in with us several times to make sure our transportation was arranged and that we would arrive safely and promptly. When we arrived at the villa, it looked exactly like the photos—if not better! Our jaws dropped at the beauty, and the view surrounding the villa was even more breathtaking. The hospitality was excellent—Helena was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure everything was going well. There's no doubt she significantly enhanced our experience. The villa was spotlessly clean, luxurious, and it’s clear that the architectural design behind the property is outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back, and some of our friends have already booked their own stays in the near future. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality and for the privilege of staying !
