Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

The bathroom has towels, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. You have a large terrace with table, chairs and swing where you can enjoy all day especially in the evening.

The old stone house is in the village of Podhumlje, an ethnic village located 6 km away from the city of Komiža and 12 km away from the ferry port in Vis. The house is on 220 m above sea level elevation with a view on to the open sea and the Italian coast. The house is ideal for family's with kids and couples.
