Holiday rentals with a patio in Komiža

Such a nice place, big apartment with 2 bathrooms and big balcony that fit atleast 4 persons at once. Nice big fridge with ice despencer which helped in the heat! A great and polite host who let us check in earlier which was a life saver since we arrived to hvar early! Overall loved our stay there and would book again ☺️

Excellent stay. Beautiful apartment, Excellent location, walking distance to the city center (15-20min) and just a couple of minutes to the first beach. Pjer was easy to reach and friendly.

Antonija was very attentive and very friendly. Gave us great recommendations. She even helped carrying the luggage up the stairs.

This place was perfect. Very clean and updated. Amazing view. We were right next to a set of stairs that lead down to the main port area with bars and restaurants. Would recommend!

Amazing stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Elza was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. She provided us with great recommendations for local activities and restaurants, and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the property both before check-in and after check-out. Communication was flawless. The house itself was beautiful—actually even better than the photos. The bathrooms and kitchen are brand new and very modern, and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing or dining. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, about a 10–15 minute walk from the port and nightlife area. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, both thanks to Elza’s exceptional hospitality and the quality of the house. Highly recommended.

Great location with an amazing southerly view overlooking the sea. Hvar town, restaurants and beaches were all within comfortable walking distance. The apartment had all required amenities and it well exceeded our expectations. We regret we didn’t book to stay here longer! Our hosts, Tonči and Marija were amazing, available if needed and helpful with recommendations and suggestions.

Great stay! Gorgeous view, super modern, clean, and spacious. Was equipped with a lot and the host was great with many great recs.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s place. The house is in a great location, perfectly sized and put together by Sara for two. Plus Sara is an engaged host who knows the ins and outs of the island, the best places to visit and eat. Hvala Sara!

The place is extremely amazing. The appartement is like 10min with car from center. Note that uber is not working so you need to take a taxi everytime you go to center. The jacuzzi is amazing with a private beach , there is hotel next to it where you can have lunch or dinner and also 15min walk from another place for food, it’s extremely nice if you’d like to have some peace and out of city. I recommend

Great little home centraly located in Hvar town. Lovely courtyard and cute home that has all you need for a city escape. Highly recommend for a couples retreat.

Absolutely incredible! The views are stunning, flat is very clean, great shower water pressure, and very comfortable bed. The location is amazing (albeit up a lot of stairs, but the view is 1000% worth it) and it was so kind for Maja to give us beach towels. Maja is so nice (speaks incredible English) and made us feel very welcome! Would love to come back and recommend to a friend!

Lucija was very friendly and flexible, we were able to check in a bit earlier and check out later than planned, she was always responsive and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and air con worked a treat. Patio was lovely with great views

This place was great. Newly renovated beautiful and bright. Marin was very generous , accommodated an early check in and drove to town to pick up our bags beforehand. Very pleased with our choice to stay here. Thank you Marin.

Brunos seaside cottage is the idyllic, rustic Croatian living; exactly what we looked for on our vacation. There is nothing fancy but you are right on the water, everything is accessible by foot unless you want to go to the other side of the island. Many fabulous restaurants with in a 2-10+ min walk. I can't express enough what a superhost Bruno is! You can feel his genuine warm thoughtfulness that he wants to make sure you have the best relaxing vacation while staying there. He makes check in very easy. We spent 7 days here and will definitely come back.

We had a great stay at Marijana’s place, which was the perfect distance from town to enjoy some peace and quiet, while remaining a convenient walk away from plenty of restaurants and shops and only a few metres from the secluded President’s Beach. The apartment was pristine and had everything we needed for our time on Hvar

Absolutely perfect stay – highly recommended! We had a wonderful time at this apartment! Everything was just as described – clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The space is large and airy, with a very comfortable bed that guaranteed great sleep after long beach days. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you might need if you like to cook or prepare meals. The bathroom was sparkling clean and had all the essentials – it really felt like home. The location is also very convenient, and the peaceful surroundings made our stay even more relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Hvar. If you’re considering booking – don’t hesitate, it’s a fantastic choice!

Cute place next to the beach

Great spot for 2 people in hvar, we stayed 2 nights and have nothing negative to say! The air bnb is well equipped with cooking accessories and is very clean in general. We enjoyed our 2 night stay

Staying in the apartment was great – the space was extremely clean, comfortable and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect - quiet, and only a ten-minute walk from the city center. Mrs. Marija is extremely kind, pleasant and hospitable. We felt at home and we will certainly be happy to return. 😄

Our stay at the accommodation was fantastic, very clean and pleasant! The kitchen was very good ripped out with everything we needed to cook. Close to several beaches and the boardwalk was very nice! Marija was very helpful as a host!

Sandra and her husband were amazing hosts - from the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home with their warm welcome, great conversation, and a bottle of local wine. The highlight of this apartment is the peaceful garden - a truly serene spot that feels like a hidden oasis, yet it’s just a short walk from the city center. The apartment itself is spotless, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, which made our stay even easier. We hope to return to Hvar one day and would love to stay here again!
