Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. The White Owl at the organic farm

Brand new in 2022: The white owl is a bright vacation home, located directly next to our barn. The house offers four beautiful bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms and three toilets. There are two free extra mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the adjoining dining room. The sofa corner offers plenty of space and a large flat-screen TV. The terrace is directly accessible and our farm has many more beautiful places that can be used.

The apartment is upscale, modern and fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, stove, fridge, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom offers both a refreshing shower and a freestanding bathtub to relax and enjoy the time out. The authentic former farmhouse is located right on the Brenz cycle path, the award-winning Albschäfer hiking trail and the Ulm-Aalen railway line.

Here you have the perfect base for excursions e.g. to Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Rothenburg or the Franconian Lake District. Legoland (about 110 km) and the Playmobil Funpark (about 70 km) are also easily accessible. Important note for workers/fitters: Maximum occupancy of 3 people Unfortunately no pets are allowed!!

It is very easy to reach (whether by train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

The 65m² vacation home Hof Chirphendorf, which is part of the Chirphendorf farm, is located in Steinheim, a town in southern Germany's state of Baden-Württemberg. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The home also features Wi-Fi and satellite television. Children are allowed and a highchair is available.
