Wir bieten euch eine warme und rustikale Atmosphäre mit stilvoller Einrichtung und einem eigenen Garten. Genießt den Komfort einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und entspannt euch im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Holzkaminofen. Das Häuschen liegt nur wenige Schritte von einem großen Spielplatz mit Alpenblick, einem Lebensmittelgeschäft, einer Bäckerei und einem Wirthaus entfernt.

Cozy small studio apartment in the top floor with its own toilet/shower. Single bed; extra bed for 2nd guest as well as a sofa bed (130 x 200). Access via the apartment building staircase / self check-in. Parking available right in front of the house. Siebentischwald / Eiskanal / Zoo / Botanical Garden within walking distance; city center about 2 km away (by bus: 5 min walk to stop line 32; approx. 10-minute drive to Moritzplatz). Other amenities: small fridge and kettle. Dogs are welcome.

The accommodation is a unique experience! But: If you are looking for comfort, perfection or a modern, clean and functional place to stay, you will be disappointed here and should therefore NOT read on (there are more suitable offers for this). . But if you are looking for a unique house with lots of charm and history, and do not mind that it has drafts, that the window is stuck and here and there the plaster is crumbling, you should definitely read on and visit the "Haus am Hügel".

Das ursprünglich als Atelierhaus konzipierte Bungalow wurde 2023 behutsam saniert, wobei die besondere Außen- und Innenarchitektur im Stil der 1950er Jahre erhalten blieb. Das historische Gebäude ist Teil eines Ensembles aus Alt- und Neubau und liegt auf einem großzügigen Südhanggrundstück in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Starnberger See. Es eignet sich perfekt als Wochenend- oder Ferienhaus für zwei bis vier Personen. Direkter S-Bahn Anschluss von Feldafing in die Münchner Innenstadt.

With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

The over one hundred year old vacation home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac. We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
