Almhaus Louise and Almhaus Oscar (each with 4 rooms, approx. 104 m² living space, 9 beds, built in 2008) are located directly in the Zillertal Arena ski resort on the Gerlosplatte/Plattenkogel at 1,700 meters altitude. In winter, absolutely snow-sure - in summer, an oasis of calm. You can ski almost to the front door, and in summer you can start hiking immediately, as there are two hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the houses.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Ulis Skihütte is one of the oldest on the Königsleiten in an exposed prime location. Located right at the ski lift, start and end your perfect ski day and watch your loved ones ski. The accommodation for a maximum of 5 guests offers you free Wi-Fi, a TV with free NETFLIX access and a south balcony overlooking a wonderful Alpine panorama. Minimum stay is 5 days. Our place is located approx. 5 minutes above Ramsau in the Zillertal. There are some great restaurants nearby. Very cozy accommodation with beautiful views over Zillertal mountains and large sun terrace. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
