A quiet place to relax. Very good use of air conditioning with cooling and heating. The stream has water for 8 months of the year, which adds another touch of tranquility! Theta Guesthouse

Theta is a 60 sq.m. stone guesthouse, a few meters from the square of Stemnitsa. Built in 1867, it is the "katowi" (ground floor) of a traditional village house. A spacious house with a dome, completely renovated in 2022 and accommodating up to 4 people. It has WC and a separate area with a shower-hydromassage. It has Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime account. The wooden balcony offers a nice view of the village and the courtyard on the green mountainside. Parking near the house.
