The cottage ‘Lichtberg 2’ is the smaller of the two neighbouring organic houses (see also ‘Lichtberg 1’). It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. Haus Kordula

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Villa Feyen in Trier

Wir bieten ein schönes, neuwertiges und gemütliches Ferienhaus in Trier an. Die rund 120qm großen Räumlichkeiten der Villa Feyen mit 4 Schlafzimmern ( 1 davon ist unser Reserveschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß, ohne Badewanne ) und 3 vollausgestatteten Bädern bieten Ihnen für bis zu 8-9 Personen Platz. Es gibt einen unverbauten Blick zum Feyener Wald und teilweise zur Stadt. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Badezimmer, Dusche und WC. Außerdem im Haus gibt es noch eine Gäste WC.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

The cozy detached house Tropica (72 square meters) invites you to switch off and linger. In addition to a high-quality kitchen, it is characterized by its attention to detail. There is a sofa bed, so 2 children are welcome. We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
