It’s easy to feel at home here! The bed will be freshly made with sheets when you arrive, and clean towels will be provided. This is a really cozy 27 sqm cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29 sqm veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes from central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are lovely walking trails along Lake Siljan nearby, which can be enjoyed in both summer and winter.

You will come to a cozy accommodation, close to the ski slope, exercise track, shopping area and adventure pool. The accommodation is in a scenic countryside location and here you can enjoy the peace and quiet with beautiful surroundings. The accommodation is newly renovated with a fully-equipped kitchen and shower. Welcome to our charming guest house located by the Tunaån river in Borlänge, where the city meets Tunaslätten. The bus goes all the way! It is a perfect starting point for excursions in Dalarna, and in winter, Romme Alpin is 13 minutes away. If you like cross-country skiing, Gyllbergen offers low-mountain-like nature. Locally, you can take a walk/run in Smäcken or Frostbrunnsdalen, explore the spring streams, take a ride on the river, or a dip, or visit the ostriches a bike ride away. På vintern ett paradis med skridskoåkning på sjön, längdskidspår i Gyllbergen och bara 10 minuter till Romme Alpins 31 pister. Ulvsbo där familj och vänner kan umgås, koppla av och skapa minnen tillsammans.

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Relax in this cozy and peaceful lake house with your partner, friends or family. The cottage is located 15 minutes by car to popular Romme Alpin or 15 minutes by car to Borlänge. During spring, summer, autumn, there is also a guest house on the property to use where another double bed is available and thus it can accommodate more people.
