A cheap and nice room with a good pine forest for a walk and a direct view of the sea

This is my personal villa hotel room with a Gorgeous Ocean View. This is a room that only offers accommodation without breakfast and swimming pool. Free use of the gym on the 2nd floor of the Ocean Building. [Breakfast is discounted when purchased at check-in, and please refer to the website for swimming pool information.] This is a room with a good view of the sea, located on the 8th floor where you can relax. It is close to the elevator, so it is easy to move. The ice maker, which is almost nonexistent in the entire building, is located right in front of my room. The hotel has a variety of amenities, the sea and beach are within a minute's walk, and the pine forest is the best for a walk. Room making (cleaning) is not provided in the middle of stays of 2 nights or more. Therefore, if you need intermediate cleaning for more than 2 nights, please apply to the hotel front desk for a separate fee.[We only charge the cleaning fee for check-out. I don't think you need to clean for 35,000 won.] There are no disposable items in the room. [Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and hair dryer are available.]

This is a room for couples where you can enjoy the ocean view of Sokcho Beach from your bed. This is a price without any extra charge.^^ Sokcho Beach is located 5 minutes away on foot, so it is very convenient to use the beach. Since it is a mixed-use property exclusively for accommodation, you will never encounter guests. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by phone/text/message. The quality bedding and towel rooms are managed/washed every day, so they are being managed in a cleanly manner. Therefore, most people who are sensitive to the cleanliness of the bedding are satisfied. :-) Accommodation- 1st floor mechanical parking lot 5 minutes walk from express bus terminal e-mart - 10-min walk, Daiko-ho - 5-min by car, bus, taxi, public transportation 5 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by car to Jungang Market, various tourist attraction clusters Transportation-Bus. Taxi is located within a 5-minute walk it is convenient for public transportation and sightseeing. Guests arriving by highway bus will arrive at our accommodation in 5 minutes on foot!!
