In addition to summer, it is also famous as a seaside destination because of its proximity to Yeonggeumjeong, Dongmyeong Port, etc. In particular, it belongs to the Sokcho city area, which is the center of travel in Seorak, so transportation is convenient. It's hot these days, and there are many young travelers coming. There is Pocha Street, and the famous Bongpo Meokgui Raw Fish Restaurant are nearby. You can also walk to the sea beach within a 5-minute walk, but Yeongrang Lake is also within a 10-minute walk, so you can take a walk and exercise. Also, if you go up to the rooftop on the 3rd floor and look at the East Sea while drinking a cup of coffee, you can see the really pretty sea right away~ The sunrise in the morning is also spectacular If you look at the sea from the rooftop dining table, there are a lot of wires, so it doesn't feel like a view of Sokcho sea and a view of wires, but it's also a rural part of our house that can't be accessed in the city. it is located just between Itawon and HongDae, 5 min from the double subway station which is HyoChang Park (subway line 6, and subway line Gyongui central). You can also enjoy great Hyochang Park and Gyongui line forest way. There is also the Yongmoon traditional market near the subway station, you can walk to Yeoljeong-do (good restaurants at old factory buildings) Very convenient location, just 20meter at home we have 24hours CVS store, coffee shops (mtl,etc)and a good bakery (ours blanc)

Our house is located near Daechung Subway station ( line3) (500m), near Samsung Medical Center a residential area. There are a lot of parks around here (may have mosquitoes) This place is certified for quality by Korea Tourism Organization. It has spacious living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There is a separate entrance for guests. Privacy is protected but host is available when needed. It isn't near from Airport and famous tourist attractions.
