It was a beautiful and nice accommodation. If I visit Udo, it was an accommodation I wanted to go back to. The view from the window was nice, and it was nice to take a walk nearby. But I was surprised that people could pass by the window. The downside was that the window blinds didn't have a blackout function, so I couldn't sleep well in the morning. It would be better if it was installed as a blackout. And it was difficult to know how to lock the door at first, so it would be better to receive guidance on this part from the beginning.

It was so nice to be able to order abalone porridge for breakfast. It was very quiet around, so I was able to sleep comfortably.

It is a nice place with a good view nestled in a quiet mountain. I was late for check-in, but the host kindly showed me how to get here and helped me check in.

Amazing stay, especially with a dog. Played in the yard with the dog, while grilling some bbq. At night, made a fire, and got to see the amazing night sky filled with stars! Super duper chill spot!

It was nice to get up early in the morning and take a walk around ~ You can also walk to Ssangsanjae The clean accommodation is very kind, they provide snacks, the accommodation is clean, and the bedding Everything was good The kitchen was also well-equipped for ease of use. In the morning, you don't have to eat tea and go to a cafe. It was a pity that I went after a day. I have to go a little longer ~ ^ ^

This house is surrounded by a really cute farm space that had sooo many onions. I've never seen that before. The directions were spot on except somehow I missed the palm trees (not hard to find). Very easy to get around and the view of the water when there is no fog. The home was very comfortable and the host was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay again.

It was convenient to check in at the reception that you can see as soon as you get off at the parking lot. The road was narrow and uncomfortable to drag luggage to the front door of the house, but it was manageable. The whole place was clean, so there was no dust on the floor, but the cleaning wasn't perfect even in the unseen corners. The bedding and towels were clean without odors. The air conditioning facilities were on the first and second floors, so it could be adjusted separately, and it was convenient to use. The pool water was also kept clean and we were able to watch the sunset from the pool and sun bed. I was able to use it even after checking out, so I was able to see the wonderful sea of Jeju Island until the end. I am satisfied that everyone's breakfast from young children to adults on every morning of the two-night stay. The breakfast came out exactly as shown in the photos, and it was a quality breakfast, not cheap food, so the whole family enjoyed it. They also provided many gifts for a small event, so the whole family had a great time. The barbecue facilities on the terrace were nice to be able to eat in the comfortable and cool living room if only the baker suffered. However, I feel regretted that the common facilities (laundry room, garbage sorting area, etc.) are not managed like a room. I think it would be a more perfect place if the smell of the laundry tub or the surrounding cleaning was good. And the sink in the bathroom and the floor sewer were slow to drain, and when the sink faucet turned on the water, the head was automatically lowered and locked, so it was uncomfortable, but I think you just need to fix this. Anyway, if I go to Jeju Island next time, I intend to use this place again.

All the spaces and amenities were filled with sincerity and warmth. I didn't know that they would prepare breakfast, but it was a healing time that I could forget all the fatigue and worries of the world and focus on myself because they prepared a healthy, warm, and hearty breakfast. Even though I am very scared of and hate bugs, it was a time to detox my mind to the point that even the bugs I met on the outdoor deck looked cute and new. I was so touched that you even took care of the fruit to feed the dog! It was nice to see the Milky Way with my own eyes, and the air was clear. I will never forget the stars I watched all night, the sound of birds I heard while having breakfast and a cup of tea in the morning, and the fresh scenery. I had a really good stay! ^ ^

The bedding was clean and the location was great. Thanks to the friendly host, I stayed comfortably.

I’m currently working my way through the Olle trails and stayed at Miru’s place due to proximity to trails 10,10-1, and 11. Right across the street is the ocean, which was a nice sight to come back to at the end of each day. The place itself is wonderful. The bed was super comfortable, I slept longer than I usually do each nice and rested well- the first night I accidentally slept for 12 straight hours! This was the best stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It had everything I needed and more. The shower was great and dried quickly. The bathroom was larger than I expected, which is a plus! I also appreciated the separate English profile in the Netflix account. It wasn’t needed - I can navigate the Korean page fine, but it was a nice touch that I haven’t seen before. House rules were also in English. Very foreigner friendly. Miru was super responsive and reached out to make sure Check in went smoothly. I had a great stay!

I rented it for a family gathering, and the surrounding environment was quiet and the neighborhood environment was so nice. 👍 It was so nice to get immediate answers to my questions and communicate. I want to stay again next time. ☺️

i can’t say enough about this place ~ a true hidden gem, especially for those travelers looking for a more nature-filled, peaceful, traditional korean village experience. nestled halfway up one of the mountains in jirisan, katherine’s hanoak house and guest house is near a pristine mountain-fed stream and two Buddhist temples within walking distance. the beautiful villages of hwagae, gurye, and namwon are minutes away by car as well as many hiking trails, hot springs, sauna, and three of the best Buddhist temples (and one of the best buddhist hermitages) in the country. katherine is also an amazing, personable and knowledgeable host with plenty of ideas and suggestions of things to do or events and festivals to attend. a native english speaker and fluent in korean is an added bonus. her guest house is lovingly and artistically furnished and super cozy. looking forward to many future visits…

I had a really good time with the kind host, the lovely puppy Yoo, the warm pool, and the comfortable and evenly-cooking gas grill. There were two TVs with YouTube and Netflix, and even a karaoke machine, so there was no time to get bored. The kids are asking to come again. I'll see you again in the season when the valley water flows!

The host was very, very kind, He even told us how to get there and how to park!I felt that you were very well-maintained. I could feel the attention to detail in the interior ~ The road is a little narrow, so be careful! The bed mattress is so fluffy It was a shame, but I was satisfied with everything else!

Considering the price, there are a lot of facilities that you can use, and the surrounding scenery is nice, so I wanted to come back. He was kind and the dessert on the table was really good.

The surroundings are spacious and peaceful. There are picture books I like, cute handmade accessories, and a CD player that opens the morning pleasantly, especially on the second floor. It was nice to have a space where you could do something alone and see the scenery together. I had a good rest:)

I went with a 14-month-old baby! It was clean and tidy, so it was nice to live in~ There are toys, but it's good to play with after 24 years, so it's good to have 1 or 2 in the room for young ages~ How many books did you have? In the yard, it was fun to play ball, trampoline, seesaw, and swing!

It was a clean and comfortable accommodation ~ It was a fun trip with my family ~ I want to go again if I have another chance next time ~

I revisited in 2 years :-) Clean accommodation, comfortable bedding, suitable accommodation location, quiet and beautiful Bukchon Village! There's nothing to regret. And thanks to the owner, who was still kind, it was an even more pleasant trip. It was raining, but he carried all my luggage, and he was kind enough to check the precautions and any inconveniences in person. It was nice to be able to communicate right away when I contacted him with any inquiries. If you're looking for a place to stay with your dog, I highly recommend it :-)

Very well decorated and supplied, we loved it! The area is quiet and has lots to do only a short drive away!
