It is an ideal choice for those who want to get away from the city noise and enjoy the nature.The place is named after a bird called the hoopoe which lives in the area and is most often seen on the way to the cottage when taking a powder bath. Gyalogosan is könnyen megközelíthető. A Vonatállomás 350m-re van, ha vonattal érkeznek könnyedén elérhetik szálláshelyüket. A Hajóállomás és egyéb vízparti szórakozást nyújtó helyek szintén a közelben találhatóak. A városközpont és bevásárlóközpontok szintén könnyen elérhetőek.
