Das außergewöhnliche Anwesen, erbaut im Stil des legendären Architekten Geoffrey Bawa, beherbergt vier Gästezimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer. Im Garten befinden sich der Speisepavillon, ein Freizeitpavillon und eine kleine Palmen-Hütte für Yoga oder Meditation, sowie der 15 x 6 Meter große Pool.

A wonderful villa by the ocean located in a very relaxing and peaceful side of Hikkaduwa. The villa is one of the very few private houses on the Hikkaduwa beach. It is a fully furnished private house with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, maintenance room and terrace. Bedrooms have AC-s and ceiling fans, living room, kitchen and terrace have ceiling fans. A gorgeous swimming pool by the beach and the tropical dream view of the Indian Ocean few steps away!

This 18th Century Dutch merchant's house is stylishly presented and with many of the original architectural features restored, Asian antiques and the owners passion for turquoise. The garden gate leads onto the Fort Ramparts , the lighthouse and beach below. The house is solar powered and not affected by power cuts.

We’ve lovingly renovated it to make it cozy and comfortable, so you can unwind and enjoy Sri Lanka’s beauty. Licuala's Tropical House was built guided by the philosophy of simplicity and minimalism, inspired to maximise the use of space. This house sleeps 3 as the large daybed downstairs doubles up as a single bed. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.
