The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. The first floor can host up to 2 more persons with a queen-size bed , a chilling area and a private bathroom. Our home is located in one of the most traditional areas in the center of Rhodes.

The location of Traditional House "Marouli" is close to the central chuch of the village, almost 500m from the main square. The house was passed down from generation to generation for over 200 years and was completely renovated in 2020. It has 1 main space which includes the living room, the dining room, 2 double beds, 1 bathroom and a dressing room. In the second area of ​​the house is the kitchen and 1 king size bed. The house has also a second bathroom and a private courtyard.
