Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kostrena

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön! Meine Kinder, meine Frau und Großeltern waren zu Besuch und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Sehr angenehm das wir so unseren Urlaub starten und genießen konnten. Wir wurden direkt sehr herzlich empfangen und in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Der Urlaub bei Maja ist sehr empfehlenswert! Die Ausstattung ist top und sehr zufriedenstellend! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub! Wir bedanken uns sehr dafür !

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Anwesen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, in einem herrlichen blühenden Garten, einem gepflegten Pool, einen Steinwurf von einem schönen einsamen Strand entfernt. Die verschiedenen Terrassen ließen keine Wünsche offen, der Außengrill ist fantastisch, die umgebende Natur (wir trafen Rehe, Schafe, eine Schildkröte und Wildschweine) ein Traum. Wir wachten vom Pirolgesang auf und wurden morgens von Schmetterlingen begrüßt. Wandern, Radeln, Schwimmen, Chillen... in die Stadt (und damit zum nächsten Supermarkt) sind es 30 Minuten. Danke, liebe Maja, für das nette Begrüßungsgeschenk - und dass du mir mein vergessenes e-Book hinterherschickst! Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder in dein Paradies.

Die Unterkunft hält was sie verspricht. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage. In der Altstadt, direkt am Wasser, bietet es alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten und Luxus. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

This home is absolutely stunning. The area is so quiet with only the sound of the birds and the breeze in the trees. The park is completely walkable from the house if you are in good shape, but also a quick couple minute drive to get in as well. The living room begged us to watch movies at night, it was so cozy and inviting. The kitchen was filled with yummy treats, coffees, tea, cocoa and all the supplies you need. A lovely gift basket with snacks and homemade liquor was such a delightful surprise. The bedrooms were very comfortable and ac worked great when it was warm. The outside dining area was so beautiful, our coffees in the morning and our dinners in the evening were spent in the beautiful surroundings of nature. The host went above and beyond, wonderful recommendations and instructions. I hope someday we can return to this magical place.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im House of Salt. Eine traumhafte Lage am Meer, grosszügige Umgebung und sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freuen uns heute schon darauf. Herzliche Grüsse t&c

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit spitzen Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Sehr sauber und Ordentlich gehalten. Alle Geräte haben sehr gut funktioniert. Schöner kleiner Strand in 2 min. Fußweg. Uns hat es als Familie (2Erw. + 2 Kids) sehr gut gefallen. Gerne wieder 😊

Great stay. The apartment is spacious and beautifully designed. The view is outstanding day and night, the covered balcony a lovely place to hang out. A short drive to the gorgeous Volosoko and well positioned for trips out. The roads are twisty and steep in parts, including around the apartment - recommend a small automatic car (but was fine in our larger manual one). Food was good and service friendly. Jelena was a good host - answering our questions quickly and clearly. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Es sollte 10 Sterne 🌟 bekommen. Ich habe mich großartig gefühlt. Alles war angenehm und einfach zu genießen. Großartige Hilfe von Barbara und gute Tipps!

Ein wirklich gemütliches kleines Cottage mit allem, was man braucht! Der Garten ist riesig (fanden auch unsere Hunde super) und die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen sind ein Traum! Von Frühstücksterrasse über Loungemöbel bis hin zu Sonnenliege und Hollywood Schaukel ist alles dabei. Grade bei so tollem Wetter, wie wir es im Juni hatten, ist das Cottage eine absolute Empfehlung! Die Lage in Gracisce mitten auf Istrien ist perfekt um die Halbinsel zu entdecken - ob nach Pula, Rovinj oder auf den Vojak, wir waren überall unter 50 Minuten.

Die Unterkunft war super und hatte die perfekte Lage. Direkt am Wasser, sodass man sich wirklich um nichts Gedanken machen muss. Suzana hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sichergestellt, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Die Stadt ist auch sehr schön mit einigen wirklich guten Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal!

Branko’s house is unique! The interior is eclectic (hard to come by in Croatia) and Branko styled it beautifully. What a stunning place to wake up to - with views over the hills and beautiful birdsong at sunrise. Branko is a one of a kind host, very generous with practical advice and genuine concern. The flat is in close proximity to nice restaurants , coffee shops and bars but equally comfortable to just chill. My sister and I loved staying here for four days .

Wir haben uns in der liebevoll dekorierten und voll ausgestatteten, stilvollen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühhlt. Besonders gefiel uns die Lage inmitten der Natur, der Gesang vieler seltener Vögel und die Möglichkeit, vom Haus aus direkt durch die Natur 2 Strände erreichen zu können, einen ganz natürlichen auf abenteuerlichen aber gut machbarem Weg die Steilküste hinunter, einen anderen unter Bäumen mit Liegen und Restaurant. Es gibt ein tolles Wanderwegnetz, welches die Region durchzieht, so ist es möglich in knapp 1.5 h nach Piran zu laufen, davon viel am Meer entlang. Brane war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, eine kleine nötige Reparatur wurde sofort durchgeführt. Für Naturliebhaber ein ganz besonderes Highlight, welches wir gern weiterempfehlen. Bei der Anreise bitte die Beachreibung und Empfehlung von Brane unbedingt beachten.

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

Super leuk en gezellig huisje. Vooral de mooie tuin met zwembad waren een enorm pluspunt, vooral voor onze energieke zoontjes. De woning is rustig gelegen in een mooie omgeving, maar toch dicht genoeg bij alles (auto). Wij hebben met ons gezin enorm genoten van deze prachtige verblijfplaats.

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

Die Villa ist in echt noch einmal viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Der Hobbyraum wurde extrem oft genutzt und war eine perfekte Ergänzung zu Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool. Wir waren eine Jugendgruppe mit 13 Personen und würden das Airbnb auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns in der Villa absolut wohl gefühlt. Haus, Pool, Ausblick und Umgebung, alles war fantastisch. Das Haus liegt abseits vom Trubel sodass man Ruhe und Entspannung genießen kann aber trotzdem mit dem Auto gute Restaurants; Cafes und tolle Städte schnell erreichen kann. Da die vorherigen Gäste früh abgereist sind, hat uns Daniela umgehend informiert, dass das Haus bereits vor 16 Uhr bezugsfertig sein wird und so konnten wir schon kurz nach 12 Uhr Mittags einchecken :-) !!!! Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Daniela & Korado!

Just really a lovely holiday. I was there with 3 grown up kids 18,20 and 21. Perfect place. Absolutely need a car but Crikvencia was just a 10 - 15 min drive and we popped there every day for groceries, restaurants and an afternoon at the beach. Andreja was just lovely and the place impeccable. Highly recommended.

Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.
