We had a wonderful time in Yerevan thanks to the wonderful host Nikola! Nikol was an incredibly friendly and helpful person with whom all issues were resolved easily and quickly. The cabin was cozy, located in a quiet area with a lovely garden where we could enjoy our stay. Special thanks to Uncle Suren for fresh wildflowers and delicious cherries. This welcoming gesture made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Yerevan!

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

The place was very convenient and suitable for families. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and clean house.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

It was good in general, it had all the cutlery and the necessities. The host was nice and very cooperative. The yard was big and good looking and we were comfortable.

This is a wonderful place! I wish I could live here. The swimming pool and gym are open every day (except Thursday for cleaning), and every Tuesday and Friday we can go to the Sauna or Hammam. We loved it so much that our 1-week stay became a 3-week stay! The location is great. The flat itself is very good, it contains everything you need, and it feels good to live in. There is a great view over Yerevan, the parliament and Ararat. I really want to come back here when we return to Yerevan!

He also kindly let us drop off our bags before check-in, which made our day so much easier. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely appartment in a vibrant neighbourhood.

I recently stayed at Gayane and her husband's house in Kasakh with my dog. The place is surrounded by nature, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The yard is beautiful, with plants and trees, and both my dog and I enjoyed it. The location is quiet but not far from the city, just a 20-minute taxi ride away. Groceries and food delivery are available, and the high-speed internet and efficient dryer machine were nice to have. Overall, our stay at this lovely Armenian home was memorable.

The apartment is actually even prettier than on pictures, with every corner aesthetic and comfortable. Besides it has everything you need during a trip , better than in a 5* hotel. The building is secure and can be accessed only by inhabitants. The supermarket is right next to it, which makes it very comfortable. Taxi is very cheap in Armenia, you can get to the center in 10 minutes for just $2-3. The host is incredibly caring and made sure my stay was maximally pleasant and comfortable

A good value for short stay. The apartment is very quiet, close enough to the cable car. But it can be cold at night, turn on the heat (we didn't immediately notice it)

Rosy is very welcoming and helpful, she provided us a very easy to understand list of how to get around from here and where to get food from etc. This place is very clean, the host is very friendly, helpful and responsive! the view of the mountains is amazing. it's about 20-25 minutes to get to town with a Taxi and the taxi can pick you up right outside of the apartment. The dogs are very friendly. Receiving fruit from the farm is also a plus! overall a great stay and would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!
