Monthly Rentals in Koto City

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was exactly as described and felt well-equipped — having a washing machine was especially convenient. The location was a comfortable walking distance to the metro, making it easy to get around. I appreciated the dedicated workspace, and the internet was generally strong enough for video calls, with only occasional minor lag that didn’t impact my remote work. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbors talking or using water, but it didn’t bother me personally. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!

Was a nice stay in Tokyo, great for family or friends as there are 2 rooms to stay. Masaki is very friendly and replies very quickly. Thank you for having us😊

We had an amazing time during our stay. After our long flight the kind host let us check in early. The room was clean in lovely neighbourhood with many restaurants and other services but in such a quiet peaceful area. The room had everything and more you’d ever need. It was the little things, personal note, toothbrush, many towels and other stuff. Honestly never seen an airbnb with so many amenities. We slept like babies, bed is perfect, aircon is working. If you see this room free, don’t hesitate to book it, you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed at Eric's place for the second time when coming back to Tokyo because of how amazing it is :)
