Επίσης στο ίδιο κτήμα δημιουργήσαμε αλλο ένα σπιτάκι με πισίνα και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα ίδιας φιλοσοφίας το οποίο διαχωρίζεται με πέτρινο τοιχο για απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα.

Rodia is an old Greek village house renovated to include all modern comforts but retaining the style and feel of the traditional houses in the area. The house has brand new mosquito window nets in all windows (installed in 2021). The television has Netflix all year around. In the kitchen, there is a Nespresso coffee machine.
