Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. Kleine moderne eetkeuken met nespresso en magnetron.Vanwege de bloemen en de kunst noemen wij het 'hortensia art cottage'. Direct achter het duin, loopafstand van het strand. Geniet van de rust, de vogels en het geruis van de zee.

This monumental wheat mill offers the visitor peace and comfort, a vacation in a unique location between the Veerse Meer and the Zeeuwse beach. The mill can accommodate 4 adults or 5 people if there are children. The location offers lots of privacy, lots of outdoor space and is completely newly decorated. From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

This completely newly furnished apartment is close to the beach (10-minute walk), and from the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the dunes. The apartment is cozily furnished with a "beach look" and is suitable for 4 people (2 bedrooms). Southwest-facing balcony and private parking. The kitchen has oven-microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Wifi available. There is a playing field to play. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Our 't Uusje van Puut holiday home is located just outside Koudekerke on the edge of ’t Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden, you have Dune dune views from Dishoek. It's enjoying peace, space and nature. With a little luck, you can even spot a deer in the evening. Also in autumn and winter it is wonderful to stay in our cottage. After having blown out on the beach, you will come home and you can enjoy a cozy fire.
