The upper apartment includes a separate entrance, two luxurious bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the nature reserve and the sea. Set just across the bay of Skopelos town, renowned for its moderate climate and views , the cottage is perfect for unpretentious while comfortable holidays or long brakes. The old style open kitchen under the pergola, houses a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities. There is also a small organic vegetable garden with the basics for a Greek salad, i.e tomatoes, cucumbers & peppers. The cottage is a 10' minute walk to the waterfront & great walking & biking starting point.

Downstairs there is a spacious living room and dining room, a large kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. From here there is access to the terrace which has a dining table and magnificent views. On the upper level there are two bedrooms and a toilet. Outside there is a large garden with parking space, barbecue and rest areas. There is no public transport.
