Holiday rentals in Koumari

This place is a “you have to see it to believe it” location. Never have I ever felt more at home in the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. The villa has such an incredible blend of rustic with modern amenities. I hope I am lucky to return back to this place one day.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ursula’s villa, we didn’t want to leave! We were there as a family and the two different living areas meant there was plenty of space for all of us…there are so many beautiful places to sit and take in the views. The pool was fantastic too. The location is close to Gavrio which is great for trips to the supermarket/bakery but as it’s up in the hills, so you can still enjoy peace and quiet. Very well located for Fellos beach and Vitali on the other side of the island. Would highly recommend staying here, thanks Ursula.

Absolute Empfehlung – Heliades Villas auf Andros! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. Die Villa selbst ist traumhaft gelegen und stilvoll eingerichtet – aber was den Unterschied macht, ist das Team. Der Service war außergewöhnlich: Die Mitarbeitenden vor Ort waren jederzeit da, aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein, super herzlich und professionell. Man hatte das Gefühl, rundum umsorgt zu sein – einfach Spitzenklasse. Der private Koch hat jeden Abend zu einem kulinarischen Highlight gemacht – frisch, kreativ, authentisch griechisch mit einem modernen Twist. Und der Gastgeber? Ein echtes Vorbild an Gastfreundschaft und Organisation. Wer Entspannung auf hohem Niveau sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Η Καλλιοπη ηταν ευγενεστατη και πολυ εξυπηρετικη! Το σπιτι παρα πολυ ωραιο, σε πολυ ησυχη τοποθεσια και σε αποσταση μολις 5 χλμ απ το λιμανι του Γαυρίου.

Absolutely perfect hosts always responsive, proactive, friendly and super helpful. Very clear instructions to find the home and was delighted to find the table full of local produce, a bottle of wine bread and coffee. It’s the small touches that make the difference and feel right at home. The views from the house are amazing to be able to see the full moon rising above the surrounding hilltops is absolutely stunning. Will definitely recommend this home as a stunning place to enjoy the delights of Andros. Thank you Padelis and Olga for your hospitality.

La nostra vacanza è stata splendida grazie a Stamatis e sua madre. I loro consigli ci sono stati utilissimi sia per visitare bellissime spiagge che per mangiare ottima cucina greca in taverne locali. L’appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione: ha tutto ciò che serve, è confortevole, pulito e silenzioso. È vicinissimo a servizi essenziali come un super market, la farmacia, il noleggio auto e a tanti locali dove mangiare. Questo permette di uscire a piedi, farsi una passeggiata in tutta tranquillità e rincasare senza dover cercare parcheggio. Tutto perfetto, dall’arrivo alla partenza: accoglienza calorosa e disponibilità. Se si vuole passare una vacanza all’insegna della pace, serenità e umanità, beh, questo è il posto giusto. I gatti dell’isola sono una costante che io ho adorato.

החוויה שלנו היתה נהדרת. המארחים היו מקסימים ואדיבים. המקום שקט, יפה ומבודד, בדיוק כמו שרצינו, ועדיין במרחק סביר בנסיעה לכל מה שצריך. כל מה שהיינו זקוקים לו היה במקום והתנאים היו טובים ומתאימים לצרכים שלנו. נשמח לחזור שוב בהזדמנות נוספת.

si vous aimez la nature et la tranquillité, foncez .la maison est isolée, à 20 mn de gavrio et à 5mn à pied d une plage très peu fréquentée. la douche extérieure est un plus bien appréciable. ce petit coin de paradis est bien gardé: un chat ( noir) très mignon !
