Monthly Rentals in Kountourioti Coast

Maria is a fantastic host. She met my husband and me at the bus stop and showed us around the apartment and neighborhood, giving us recommendations for dining and things to do. Her apartment is located in the heart of Old Town just steps away from the waterfront, great restaurants (we especially loved Tamam), and shopping. She stocked the apartment with everything we'd need for our visit, including beach towels, breakfast items, candy, guidebooks, and more. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable in a charming building. Despite a decent amount of foot traffic nearby, it was quiet at night. We had the best sleep of our 10-day trip to Greece during our three-night stay. I can't recommend Maria's place enough for a visit to Chania!

Not only was Stelio so incredibly welcoming, but he made sure we had the best experience possible. Mission accomplished! The views were amazing and location was absolutely fabulous! The neighboring restaurants (below the complex) welcomed us with open arms, assuring that they always take care of their neighbors. We got welcomed with food and hugs each morning and night, and truly could not have asked for a better experience. Stelio gave great recommendations and his home was exactly as the photos showed! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is right in the heart of the town square. Easy stroll to all the restaurants in the area. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning watching the town come to life. Wonderful high end place, super clean, just the right size for two. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Chania!
