Enjoyable 2-bedroom Villa with Indoor Fireplace

The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

Kohteeseen kuuluu kaksi noin 10 m²:n mökkiä, joita yhdistää katettu ja osittain lasitettu terassi. Terassi toimii kohteen sydämenä tarjoten ruoanlaitto- ja ruokailutilan. Lisäksi käytössä on avointa terassitilaa rentoutumiseen ja kesäpäivistä nauttimiseen. Vaikka ympärillä avautuu luonnon rauha, on esimerkiksi lähimpään kauppaan alle 10km matka.

Soiniityn kartano Kyra's room

This room is named after the successful racehorse rider Kyra Kyrklund. Kyra was the goddaughter of the previous hostess of the house, Anita. Kyra spent a lot of time in Soiniity as a child and found her love for horses in Soiniity. Once upon a time, Kyra had an accident with Soiniity's cold-blooded Irja mare; she fell off the horse and hurt her hand. The room has a lot of horse-themed items, such as the riding boots of the house owner's grandfather, Jaeger Colonel Bjarne Nordenswan.

It's easy to relax in this unique and peaceful holiday destination. The sauna cabin is located right next to the lake, on its own beach. No neighbors next door. Enjoy the warm steam of the wood sauna and dive into the embrace of the clear waters of Karijärvi. Row on the lake or fish for perch. A large lawn invites you to sunbathe in the yard. At the same time, you can watch the mother duck and her ducklings swim by. At sunset, light an atmospheric evening fire and admire the scenery.

Haluatko mökkeillä maaseudulla ja kuitenkin lähellä palveluja? Tule vieraaksi järven rannalla sijaitsevaan perinteiseen pyöröhirsimökkiimme! Mökissä on nykyaikaiset mukavuudet ja WC. Rannassa on puulla lämpiävä sauna, jonne vesi kannetaan järvestä tai mökistä. Huom! Sinun pitää osata lämmittää puusauna ja peseytyä saunassa. Mökissä ei ole suihkua. Kouvolaan, Tykkimäelle ja Mielakan rinnekeskukseen vain 20-25 min ja pääkaupunkiseudulta alle 2 tunnin ajomatka. Ei bileporukoille.

Kitchenette (stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave), double bed, baby cot available on request, dining table, TV with chrome cast, internet, toilet, shower, dressing room and wood sauna. Outside, a wood grill with equipment. Large glazed terrace with radiator. The price includes linen, towels, wood, paddleboards and a rowboat. The tap water is potable and warm.

Asunnossa ei sallita muita vieraita, kuin varauksen tehneet majoittujat!!! Parveke kävelykadulle päin. Tarjoamme aamukahvin/teen. Shampoo, hoitoaine, suihkugeeli, pyykinpesuaineet, lakanat ja pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan. Rautatieasemalla on pitkäaikainen parkkipaikka ja talon edessä 2h kiekkoparkkipaikka. Ei lemmikkejä. Ei Wi-Fiä.

Enintään 2 aikuiselle ja 2 lapselle Keskitasoinen sähköistetty n. 50 m² Hirsimökki kirkasvetisellä Niskajärvellä omalla yksityisellä rannalla, 15 m² rantasaunalla ja ulko-WC:llä. Autotie menee perille asti. Polttopuut sisältyy vuokraan. Mökillä on hyvät 4G-yhteydet. Juokseva vesi mökkiin asti, paitsi talvella (1.11-15.4). Vierailla on käytössään soutuvene ja kahdet pelastusliivit. Kouvolan palvelut löytyvät 40 kilometrin päästä. Verlan Tehdasmuseo löytyy 10 km päästä.
