I had a great experience staying at Javad’s home. The place was clean, well-equipped, and matched the listing description. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. The location was convenient, and the stay felt comfortable and homely. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience—would definitely book again!

we stayed at Thomas place for a short duration but it was a very good experience. Thomas was very helpful at all times. The place is retro style and worth the experience. he provided all the necessary things, and the place is very clean. The view from the balcony is really good. Overall, the place is very nice.

Great place, good ambience and nice host. We could find everything we needed at the right places. The pool also was clean and well maintained. Fridge, Tv, oven, toaster.. everything was available. And the host was always a call away for help. Really satisfied with the service provided.

we had a wonderful stay at prashanths place...prasanth n family is very friendly and cooperative.. their place is very neat and comfortable...with good privacy . we suggest this place for other families and groups ..it's very near to calicut med college ..we are lookingfoward to stay at his place in future too...

Nice stay near the Hilite mall. All amenities are at walkable distance. There is a restaurant inside the buliding which do door delivery also. There is fingerprint access control at the security gate and that caused inconvenience everytime when entering the apartment.

The apartment is a true gem! Feels like home away from home. Came with my family and had a wonderful stay waking up to stunning mountain views. The kids enjoyed playing the games and in the pool. The property is clean and well maintained. Convenient self checkin and ample parking space. The property is really safe and hence would recommend for families. The host Sabeesh was also very helpful throughout our stay. Near to many tourist spots. Overall amazing!

The stay was wonderful, no words can describe the love shown by the Jilshoy's family they were so sweet. They took care of us like their own family. They were so flexible to our adjustments. There were two big rooms and a hall, kitchen with two bathrooms. The place is well situated just besides of Kozhikode-kannur Highway and the banks of the River(where we can take a relaxing morning walks) and beaches are near by. Will be experiencing the authentic peaceful Kerala house stay. I can confidently say this is one of the top stays with affordable price in Kozhikode. Jilshoy's family cooks yummy authentic home made healthy Kerala food. Their payasam and fish curries are must try. Overall the experience is so great that next time whenever I visit Kozhikode, Ocen Pearl - Jilshoy's Is the go to place for me to stay. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa nestled in nature. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and even has a charming little stream flowing through it, which adds to the serene vibe. The villa itself is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the host, Mr. Shine. He was extremely friendly, responsive, and always just a call away for anything we needed. His hospitality really enhanced our overall experience. The villa doesn’t have air conditioning, but thanks to the pleasant weather, it didn’t feel uncomfortable—though it did get a bit warm during the afternoons (we visited in May). Also, there’s a CCTV camera installed at the outer boundary facing the swimming pool, which slightly impacts the privacy for couples and could be reconsidered. The location is excellent with adventure parks, viewpoints, and tea gardens all nearby. The view from the property includes a stunning mountain backdrop.

We had an memorable stay at this beautiful home. Very well maintained home and surroundings. Only concern was the approach road, which was too steep and single lane. kitchen felicility could be improved.

A secluded home surrounded by lush green farm and with complete privacy. Has all the basic amenities in place. Purushothaman was really humble and friendly. It's better to avoid stay during heavy rains due to power fluctuations and water clogging. Long sedans and big SUV's better avoid this place as the road to home is steep and narrow.

We had a fantastic stay at Jellyfish! We travelled in a group of 3 couples, so we had all three rooms on the top floor of the guest house, which was clean, spacious and had AC in the bedrooms. Breakfast was always delicious! The location is by a beautiful part of the river where you can spot majestic birds and try various water sports. We tried the complementary kayaking tour, which was adapted to our experience level, and were very satisfied. The staff of Jellyfish are very friendly and helpful, and for a very reasonable extra fee they organised lunch and dinner for our group when needed (if you want to venture into Kozikhode/Calicut, it's a bit too far to walk easily but the staff can help arrange a transport). Overall, great service and value for money, warmly recommended! ☺️ Some things to know though: 1) They don't sell bottled water at the site as their intention is to reduce plastic use. 2) Extra meals are possible but the staff need 3h notice to arrange it.

The crystal clear blue water of swimming pool is added advantage . You will definitely get new energy when you will leave this property . Host Adhith is always in touch so that your stay in property is memorable . When in Kalpetta , enjoy this property & surrounding sightseeing places . En Ooru & honey museum are very near to property & that should be in your bucket list . Overall a nice stay with beautiful memories of peaceful surroundings forever . We will definitely come here one again .

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this beautifully maintained Airbnb. The place was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The antique-themed decor, complete with books and vintage items, added a unique charm. Bedrooms were huge, and there was plenty of common space for everyone to relax and spend quality time together. We especially loved the separate balcony with a swing and the well-kept swimming pool. The caretaker was always around when needed—very helpful yet never intrusive. Overall, a peaceful and well-planned property perfect for a comfortable getaway.

we had a very nice and comfortable stay at Franklin's place. the stay was in middle of tea estates and around an hour away from other spots. Frank was very responsive host and helped us out with planning our itinerary to getting local transport when we needed. Thanks a lot for all the help Frank,we had wonderful vacation. :)

Chilled host and a balanced stay, gets a bit noisy in the night. Overall pretty good experience.
