Atelier

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

Our elegant & cozy apartment (60 sqm), in a quiet location & close to the S-Bahn Gauting (S6) offers everything you need to enjoy your stay - whether you're on holiday in the beautiful 5-lakes region (Starnberger See 10 min, Ammersee 25 min) or are here on business. Incl. private terrace (~20 sqm) available - approx. 800m to downtown Gauting & S-Bahn Gauting (S6) - 25 min direct journey to Munich (Oktober Fest, Marienplatz) - In ~5 min in the Grubmühler Feld recreation area (Würm).

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation: On the ground floor, a large, open-plan living and dining area offers space for cozy hours, or you can spend time on the terrace when the weather is nice. On the 2nd floor, there is 1 large double room, plus a large bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool tub. An additional bedroom as a single room offers space for suitcases and for hanging clothes, and can be booked after consultation.

In our residential building from the 1920s we offer a locked apartment of 100 m² for up to 6 people – ideal for families or small groups. The two bedrooms, the living and dining areas are decorated with historic furniture and contemporary art. The kitchen and two bathrooms provide modern comfort. After breakfast on the balcony overlooking the garden, you can explore Munich's city center or Lake Starnberg in just 30 minutes by S-Bahn.
