We spent 6 nights here and they where lovely. wonderful bathroom and shower. kitchen was perfect for what we wanted and bed was comfy with extra bedding and pillows as needed. It feels very safe right next to the hosts home. There's access to a beautiful garden and walk able to a lovely beach. Danijela is a wonderful host, very attentive.

Very clean, modern, practical accommodation with good bedding and everything you need in the accommodation. Small flaw, it is in the village and not with sea views, and maybe a certain proximity to the neighbors of the mobile home opposite. Unfortunately we did not have one at that time. Maja was a very pleasant and responsive host even at a late hour, we thank her. Very good stay at their place.

Outstanding small villa for great value, the location is peaceful and private with the enterance on the ocean. We loved our stay and the nice walks alone the coast. Daniel was very helpful, we asked for a recommendation for local olive oil, he hand delivered a bottle from a friend of his, which was of excellent quality. I highly recommend staying in this tranquil place!

The little stone house was a charm! It feels off the grid, even thought the next supermarket is located 5min by car, the ocean maybe 10min. You can enjoy the silence as well as a beautiful night sky, while chilling on the Veranda and making BBQ.I enjoyed every moment in this little paradise. Would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone who does enjoy a simple yet charming accommodation like this.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is somewhat remote and wonderfully quiet - yet you are only half an hour from Zadar, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job - you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections to find it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly - and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled by the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the grill, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

It's a great place, it actually looks better than it does in the photos. The house is located on the beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. It's incredibly clean and well-maintained; there are 3 bedrooms with an extra living room and a spacious kitchen and a large patio. A home with literally everything you can think of. The neighborhood and the town are beautiful - you can drink delicious coffee, eat crazy ice cream, or have a great dinner at every step. There are also markets with "normal" prices. We recommend shopping at the local bakery - breads and pastries revelation! We were in May and we sincerely recommend a visit during this period - the beach is completely empty, few people and the weather was beautiful (23-25°). The price of the property during this period is also very attractive :) We recommend 100%, we will definitely come back here again. Sincerely, Darija :)

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We stayed here as a group of four with our dog, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The house is in perfect condition, clean, and cozy. We were especially happy that the hosts were so welcoming to our dog, and they even had comfortable accommodations prepared for her. The house is located in a quiet area, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. At the same time, everything we needed was close. We would like to highlight the hospitality of the hosts: they were always available, provided us with helpful tips about local attractions, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy stay in Croatia.

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

We rented the house with 6 people and had a very relaxed holiday. The house exactly meets the expectation, the cleanliness is great, the hosts are always nice and reachable at all times. We had more than enough space, more than enough bathrooms and felt very comfortable in this beautiful house. The location is quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, but a little difficult to find the first time, but you have the path on it afterwards. You also have beautiful views over the countryside and short distances to Zadar and Sukosan. Overall highly recommended

This is a magnificent property, with spectacular sea views and in a peaceful rural setting. The house is pristine, with modern appliances. we stayed as an extended family and it had three self contained apartments which meant we all had our own space and great communal areas. The pool was very attractive and the house is close to a stunning cove with crystal clear waters. The hosts were brilliant - responding quickly to all questions and checking in to see if we were having a nice time. we will definitely be back!

I must say that we are two architects... and that we initially thought the photos of the house were RENDERED... But Sanel had assured us that the house was really like this.... Well... I have to say that Sanel was wrong....the house is much more beautiful than the Photos.... It is a Fantastic house.... Curated in every aspect...Furnished with taste and functional in every aspect. Pool that will make you want to stay there all day. Relaxation area for children with soccer, billiards, darts...I have to tell you that if you want to be in full relaxation and dream of a life as a Hollywood actor you have to come and try this house. Bathrooms for every room ... Magnificent King size beds.... And since I travel a lot for work, I have to tell you that I also found the pillows Magnificent. And for the kitchen? well so beautiful that your wife will look like a chef... for her happiness in cooking you. If you want to feel good, this is the dream home in Vir... Believe me, the words are not enough to express its BEAUTY.

We had a wonderful vacation in this idyllic quiet bay. The beach is very clean and the water is crystal clear, despite the many sailboats anchored there. The restaurant in the bay is also recommended and easily accessible on foot. The road to the accommodation took some getting used to at first and was a bit more adventurous than expected but still doable. The house was exactly as described and beautiful and everything necessary was available. The outdoor shower and grill were really cool and beautifully designed. Toni and his father were great hosts! His father had already been waiting for us at the ferry, accompanied us to the house and showed and explained everything to us on site. If we had any questions or problems, they were always available and were super friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this place and would come back any time 😊

The place is in an uninhabited part of the island, in a bay where there are only a few neighbors, and in the afternoon a few sailboats for the evening. It offers a great private one who wants to relax and be with themselves or with who they are going there. You don't get distracted by the hustle and bustle of weekdays. You can reach the accommodation via a 4 km long macadam road. Parking right by the cottage. You are on the beach within a minute. I've been here for 14 days with kids ages 2 and 3 and I can't believe it. Who is able to have fun without the help of others, enjoy the peace, a good read, they will enjoy their stay. On the main road that leads through the island is a fisherman's shop with fresh seafood. We came with only a few basic ingredients and spices. The rest can be purchased at a supermarket 30km away, where everything is, or in a nearby town, where there are several common shops. Those who want to take a break from the outside world will appreciate this place.

It was a great stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. It was a beautiful vacation and we hope to return! We traveled in 4 people, two adults and two children plus two dogs. The welcome was warm and kind, communication with Veronika always available and kind. Her parents accompanied us to the accommodation, explained everything and gave us a bottle of wine! Thank you! The house is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need. Also two bathrooms with hot showers. Dogs could be in full freedom and the outside is very safe. We really enjoyed the beautiful porch, for aperitifs and outdoor dinners. There is a beautiful view of the Kornati! The fireplace is fabulous! The sea is a 10-minute walk away, a slightly narrow and steep path that led to a beach with rock, very beautiful seabed. In short, a wonderful place to stay in complete tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle but in complete safety. We look forward to returning!

It was the perfect place to stay for our two families. The kids had plenty to do with the pool, basketball and petanque, and the garden has lots of room for play. The house is ideal: clean, spacious and has everything you need. Marko's lovely Mother gave us fresh eggs, her own olive oil and even baked us some pastries and bread. The setting is beautiful, a slice of rural Dalmatia with farming activities going on all around. The area is rich in wildlife and our April visit was peak time for spring birdsong and wildflowers. We even saw tortoises in the hills behind the house, and wild orchids. Vrana Lake is a short drive away, and there are many hiking trails near the house. Supermarkets are available in Pakostane and Biograd, and Zadar and Split/Trogir are an hour's drive. The stunning coast with secluded beaches in within 30 mins. We loved Murter especially. Marko was a great host - always available and he couldn't have been more helpful. We were very sad to leave! Hvala!

The apartment is wonderful. Nice and spacious with an exceptional terrace with a port view. The apartment has very well equipped kitchen, and AC for hot days. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in a walking distance. The host is really nice and friendly. We had a great stay.

Nice apartment without opposite neighbors and clean. The rooms are large, beautiful bathroom. The private terrace, well shaded in the morning and at noon, allowed us to spend good times listening to the many birds. Well equipped except for a clothesline. Fortunately, we always have a clothesline in the car. Very nice small gravel beach less than 10 min walk. Well located to visit Zadar, Sibenik and the island of Vrgada with its golden sandy beach... Krésimir is very accommodating.
