House Elia is in a nice environment. It has a private garden with a nice terrace that you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or a coffee. It is situated 10 meters from sea and in walking distance there is a supermarket and nice Taverns. For the lovers of healthy diet, can try freshly cut vegetables from the garden that are grown by my mother......Surely the house ELIA make the difference because of greek coffee who is ofered by my mother[zaxarenia] and the traditional homemade food.

Terra Skouros is a newly built beach house unit of two twin maisonettes, Terra Skouros I and Terra Skouros II. The unit is located in a 6.000 m2 olive grove in South Crete. It's 65 km away from Heraklion and only 40 m away from Skouros beach. The view is diverse as large windows overlook the ocean or the mountains. In the olive grove there are also two small houses which are for rent (Giardino e Mare I & II). The owners spend some days every year in a house in the property.
