Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Krathi

We had an incredible stay! The house was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, and I loved how peaceful and inviting the space was. But what truly made the experience special was Epistimi – the host. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality made all the difference! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. I would love to come back again!

Excellent stay as always!

The room we stayed in was on the first floor, next to it is another room and just below the owners live with their children, which is nice because there is a family atmosphere that I personally like! Our kids had a great time with the kids in the family and that was very good! The beach has pebbles and is clean. There are plenty of delicious food spots and it has a playground just down the street. There is a bakery with nice bread and snacks and in most coffee, the coffee was very good. I loved the people we met there, Isabella's family and Isabella herself! Thank you for all your kindness and beautiful attitude!

Stella’s garden cottage is really something special. It is full or personality with all the essentials that you would need for a perfect stay. The bed is very comfortable and shower has good pressure. You will need to put the hot water on about 30mins before you want to shower which was no hassle for us. Stella is a wonderful host and left us with lots of traditional Greek treats during our stay. We would recommend a stay here if you would like to experience a traditional Greek homestay!

This apartment is exactly as it says in the description. It is convenient for the funicular railway and is very near to diakopto beach. We had a good time here. Thank you!

The house was great, quite comfortable, well cared for with nice decor. It's surrounded by nature with absolute quiet and it's fully equipped . Perfect for relaxation and tranquility. Hosts are very kind and understanding. I highly recommend it.

Dimitris place was great. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view off the back terraces was amazing. The bed is extremely comfortable, it's a safe area that is quiet and peaceful and easy walkable distance to the shops, restaurants and beach. Easy close free parking . The lady downstairs was very helpful regarding the use of the washing machine. Would definitely recommend staying here

This was a lovely place in a beautiful setting, very close to Delphi, which is what we came to see. The apartment has lovely family antiques and was very pretty. The town of Arachova is an easy 10 min walk. Our host was responsive, she came out to meet us as we drove up to show us where to park in back of the building. She had milk and juice and homemade jams in the fridge for us and baked an amazing breakfast with orange cake, fresh bread and savory pastries. We would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful beach-side house with great views across the Gulf of Corinth. The ground floor is a spacious open plan living area with big comfy sofas and a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are also generous size, each with a balcony. The fittings furniture and interior are very classy and made for a luxurious stay. The location is great - we stayed in May and it was very quiet in the area. The beach is right on your doorstep and it's a pleasant area to walk around. It's good to have a car if you want to get to the centre of Patras, although there is a train station maybe 3-400m away. The host was communicative and helpful. We arrived at night and it took us a little while to find the house. Note that it's the last house on the left as you drive towards the sea. The GPS pin is not quite in the right place. All in all I highly recommend this place.

Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, full kitchen, welcome basket, 2 smart remote, cozy living room with high performance fireplace, good soundproofing space. New apartment, clean and equipped with all comforts, located in one of the highest points of Arachova. We had breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the wonderful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and even the sea. Demetrios welcomed us warmly, giving us many tips for our stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Dimitris' villa. He gave us an excellent welcome with a very good bottle of local wine, a basket of fresh fruit and a small cake. He gave us good advice and made sure we had a great stay, and I recommend his Greek coffee. Communication was very easy and Dimitris is very responsive. The house is spacious, pleasant with its nice garden and in a very peaceful environment. In short, we highly recommend this rental for a stay in the Peloponnese!

Very spacious living spaces and outdoor areas, with beautiful views of the sea, lake and mountains! Except for the failure of the hot tub on the first evening, everything was perfect! But we also understood that some things just can't be fixed within a few days. Tip for the next guests: Stay strong and don't feed the cats! There are more and more of them every day and they are becoming more and more intrusive!

I would give this beautiful apartment and Labrini more than 5 stars if I could. Everything was thought of, the presentation was flawless and a lot of thought had gone into providing an elegant but comfortable home away from home. The beds and linens were perfect and the welcome gift of home made goodies was a lovely touch. We were very sad to leave to continue our exploration of Greece but if it weren’t so far away from home, I’d love to return for longer. Thank you for a memorable stay, Labrini and Christos.

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Margarita residence. Communication with the hosts was easy. They were helpful friendly and accommodating. We loved the rustic feel of the home. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The villa was very nice and the complex looks very thoughtful and clean. Even though we went to winter, we didn't have an issue with the heating. And because we stayed a few days we couldn't make use of all the amenities like the outside bbq. The kids appreciated the loft to an extent that they prohibited us from entering. Thank you so much.

We came for the second summer and once again we had a great time. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings, good access to highway and groceries. We made various trips with our rental car if not reading books or resting and cooled down in the pool in the afternoons. We are a family of five, youngest 7, eldest 17. A car is essential. Host was very responsive and helpful, I can recommend this house.
