A swimming beach is located across the street. On foot you can reach our local mountain, the Neureuth and the Tegernsee high trail. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and an adjoining bedroom. A large south-east balcony with views of the lake and mountains invites you to linger.

The bright and cozy 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor, is rural modernly furnished and equipped with high-quality oak floors as well as historic brick floors. In the bathroom, high-quality natural stone is laid. Since the apartment does not have a balcony, you will find a pleasant seating and lying area in the countryside on "your" terrace. The apartment is expressly bookable for only two people (including children or toddlers). We have provided a wallbox for you.

Towels, bed linen, bathrobe are included. You use the 8 single bathrooms in the basement. In addition, there is a lounge, laundry room, cycling and ski room and a great economy with breakfast and Mediterranean cuisine in our house. And all at the foot of the brown corner.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet.
