Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Loop het beroemde poortje uit en verken het mooie Gouda! Baartje SandersErf is de broer van Bed&Baartje en zijn naast elkaar gelegen in het hofje.

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! Close to Gouda (15min), Rotterdam (30min), Utrecht (40min), The Hague (40min), Kinderdijk (40min) and Keukenhof (55min) you find ‘Huize Tussenberg’. ‘Huize Tussenberg’ is situated in a typical Dutch nature area with windmills, cows, cheese and farms. ‘Huize Tussenberg’ is ideally located for touring the Netherlands or going to Amsterdam (1hr) by car or by public transport.

Studio and alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek & Bloem who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
