The detached house is located 10 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes by car to Sørlandsparken/Dyreparken. With the city's best views, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises in summer and winter. Enjoy a cold winter day in a preheated outdoor jacuzzi, or in front of the fireplace (new in 2024). In summer, the house has a large terrace, as well as a garden. The area is very child-friendly with a playground just below the house. Hiking area just outside the door. Parking in the courtyard.

Enjoy sunbathing,boating,fishing, a tour in the forest,sauna or grill outside with the view of the lake .We have canoe and a boat available for use.Use of Hot tub must be requested beforehand at a mininal cost.Its a typical norwegian tub using wood to warm up the water which is pumped up from the lake to the tub. A few minutes away from the river for those who have license to fish salmon from June to Sept.

Det er gratis parkering rett utenfor, og du har kort vei til flotte turmuligheter og badeplasser.

Tenants have a garden in front of the house, by the apartment. We use a laundry service. Bed linen and towels are not included.
