Here you live in a small vegetable production garden on the edge of the forest, close to swimming areas in the river, sea and forest water. 15 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo and shopping center, 20 minutes from Kristiansand city center. 5 minutes to the convenience store with fresh bread every day - also Sunday! Relax here with the whole family, and Jens the cat will take care of you. Jens and I take care of the garden and greenhouse on a daily basis I live in the workshop on the property and you are welcome to pop up in the attic to me and see what I make!

Annex with a double bed. The house is beautifully located with a sea view and a large garden at the end of a family-friendly neighborhood. The drive to various beaches takes 5-10 minutes, but if you want a trip to the city, it is done at 15. Sørlandsparken and the zoo are not far away; 15 minutes!
