The name of the area means "good view" or "beautiful view," referring to the view that the apartment offers. It is just a 10-minute walk from the beach of Rethymno specifically 850 meters away. The distance from the old town of Rethymno is approximately 2 kilometers, where you can see the well-preserved city, shops, restaurants, and attractions.

The flat is 85m2 and has 2 furnished balconies (one with sea view), 2 bedrooms, a big living area (dining room, living room combined, kitchen) & a full bathroom. This house is ideal for your holidays due to its perfect location. It's central and it's on the beach. You'll find around many gift shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants etc. The flat is full furnished & equipped.

Car not necessary, unless you would like to use the apartment as a base to explore Crete.

Villa Casa Atitamo

Venetian-period villa, fully renovated, in the heart of the old town of Rethymno, with backyard and private pool. Two separate private air-conditioned bedrooms with two queen size beds in different floors, two bathrooms, 3 TV's one in each bedroom and a bigger one on the living-room, private fully equipped kitchen and a double couch bed in the spacious living-room. The White Apartment

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a family building literally in the heart of Rethymno city. It is modern and brand new (fully renovated in 2024), has a fully equipped kitchen and everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay! We can accommodate 2 people in the double bed as well as a child on the sofa bed. Five minutes away from the beach, two minutes away from supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants.
