Perfect for the family, friends or a relaxing weekend just the two of you in front of the fireplace and the nice view. Ski in, ski out for cross-country skis - where the cabin's sauna awaits after the end of the ride. A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise track and excursion destination. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

Fresh villa of 143 square meters

Villa in family-friendly Sånghusvallen, just outside Östersund. There is sleeping space for 4-5 people with room for more. With a soccer goal, countless soccer balls, a trampoline and a hot tub on the spacious terrace, there is something to do for most of the family. In the garden you will also find fresh spices, strawberries, wild strawberries and other goodies in summer. We moved in late 2020, which is why we dare to say that the accommodation meets the vast majority of expectations you can have for a newly built house.

Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Your Swedish Retreat

Back to nature? Away from work and the crowd? When you arrive at our home you will enjoy the enormous space and tranquility. At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.

Strandgården B&B är ett prisvärt boende längs vägen mellan Mörsil och Järpen, perfekt för dig som passerar eller vill bo lugnt men nära Åre. Endast 26 min med bil till Åre och buss stannar vid gården. Enkelt boende med delat kök och kylskåp. Sjö och skog precis intill. Vintertid finns pimpelfiske, samt bastu med isvak vid sjön. Smidigt, lugnt och natur­nära. Egna sängkläder! 🛏️ Ta med soporna. (Släng i järpen) 🗑️ Dammsug och dammtorka rummet. 🧹

Ni har tillgång till allt. 15 minuter med buss nummer 6 in till centralen. På vägen dit åker ni förbi Jamtli och Ica Maxi. Skidstadion är 4km bort. Över gatan finns ett skogsområde. Fina skidspår på vintern. Idyll att ta en promenad på sommaren. Våran bubbelpool får användas. Under perioden juni tom september finns den framme. För 4 personer. Bastu för avkoppling. Eller varför inte bara tända en brasa? Allt sker på egen risk.

Gröna huset

Perfekt boende för dig som älskar djur. På gården finns hundar, katter och drygt 300 underbart gulliga getter, vi visar er gärna runt på gården så ni får träffa getterna. Det kommer bebisar på våren så vill man se när killingarna skuttar runt är feb-maj perfekta tiden. Men även sommaren då de går ute på bete. Trevliga utflyktsmål till vattenfall och grotta. Fin badplats. Mot tillägg finns ved eldad bastu och badtunna.

Relax with the whole family or with friends in this peaceful summer idyll. A newly renovated house right by the Indalsälven river. Lakefront plot with a south-facing location, private jetty, jetty house and wood-fired hot tub. Take an evening dip from the jetty or at the water's edge. Or why not stand and fish right on the property. There is also access to a hot tub on the terrace that is always ready to relax in.

Our beautiful log cabin welcomes you with its warmth, so you can immediately feel comfortable and start relaxing. Located directly on Lake Öjarn, this cozy stay awaits you, from which you can start countless adventures such as canoe tours and raft rides, snowshoe hikes, husky sleigh rides and ice fishing. And then you can end the day in the sauna or hot tub or by a cozy fire at the windbreak hut. Welcome!

Welcome to our family-friendly house in a quiet and cozy residential area close to nature and the city. Here you live 10 minutes by car next to Östersund's city center. The accommodation has 4 bedrooms with up to 7 beds, a living room, a family room upstairs, a fully-equipped kitchen, two fresh bathrooms as well as a gym, jacuzzi and barbecue area. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta naturnära boende, endast ett stenkast till storsjön och bad! 20 minuter bilfärd till Östersund centrum, eller 1 timme till Åre/fjällen. Vi är nybörjare på att hyra ut så fler bilder och bättre beskrivningar kommer :) Men vi tycker det är så himla härligt att bo här nära natur och storsjön så vi vill ge fler möjligheten!
