Grocery store (ICA), gas station (OKQ8), café is located in the village of Mörsil.

Relax in this unique and quiet home located only 15 min from Östersund and 25 min from Åre/Östersund airport. 1h drive to Åre or Bydalen. The cottage is located on the south-facing shore of the Great Lake. Linen and towels is included in the price. Friggebod with 4 extra beds. Canoe and wood-fired hot tub are available to rent for an additional cost and as agreed. Firewood is not included in the price. Available for purchase at, for example, gas stations. You have access to everything. 15 minutes by bus number 6 into the central station. On the way there you will pass by Jamtli and Ica Maxi. Ski stadium is 4km away. Across the street is a forest area. Nice ski tracks in the winter. Idyll to have a walk in summer. Our hot tub may be used. During the period June until September, it can be found. For 4 people. Sauna for relaxation. Or why not just light a fire? The trampoline for the active children is also welcome to use. Everything happens on your own risk.

Villa in family-friendly Sånghusvallen, just outside Östersund. It sleeps 4-5 people with room for more. With soccer goals, countless footballs, trampoline and hot tub on the spacious terrace, there is something to do for most in the family. In the garden you will also find fresh spices, strawberries, wild strawberries and other small and good summer time. We moved in late 2020 so we dare say that the property corresponds to the vast majority of expectations you can have on a newly built house.

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Back to nature? Away from work and the crowd? When you arrive at our home you will enjoy the enormous space and tranquility. At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.

Välkommen till vårat familjevänliga hus i ett lugnt och mysigt villaområde nära naturen och stan. Här bor du med 10 minuters bilresa intill Östersunds stadskärna. Boendet har 4 sovrum med upp till 7 sängplatser, vardagsrum, allrum på övervåningen, fullutrustat kök, två fräscha badrum samt gym, jacuzzi och grillplats. The house sits on its own with a few neighbors nearby and with close access to snowmobile trails and forest roads for walking or skiing.

Strandgården B&B ligger mellan Mörsil och Järpen, nära naturen och med bara 26 min till Åre. Buss stannar vid gården. Lättare frukost ingår. Här finns sjö, skog och fina turmöjligheter. Vintertid kan du gå ut på isen, pimpelfiska eller hyra bastu vid sjön där det även finns isvak. Perfekt för både avkoppling och äventyr i Jämtland.
