In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside without neighbors, except for the residential house. Close to the mountains, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to the magical mountain world in summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. Large and nice sauna is available in the yard, we charge a fee for it, which is paid in advance. Pets are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Här bor du lugnt och naturnära med fjäll, skog och sjöar i närheten – perfekt för både avkoppling och utflykter. På gården finns kor, häst och katt, vilket brukar uppskattas av både barn och vuxna. Sommartid finns mysiga caféer inom gång- eller cykelavstånd samt fina badplatser, fiskevatten och skogar rika på bär och svamp. Täcken och kuddar finns. Sängkläder tas med eller kan hyras för 60 kr/set.
