Cozy home surrounded by nature, near SAP

My house was built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes vacation flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area facing east. In the large room there is a kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for entertainment are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with closet and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find a bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, tissues, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with plenty of seating. The large courtyard in the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a grill and hammock. Here you can switch off and relax in peace. I am very happy to provide information, answer questions, fetch rolls and fulfill small wishes. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. A baker, hairdresser, grocery store and inns can be found right in the village. You can hike to Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg, or spend the day at the gliding field, the golf course or the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, you should definitely go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal highway connections to the A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. This also works well by S-Bahn every half hour from Rot/Malsch train station. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from us around the corner. You can also ride a bike to SAP St.Leon-Rot via a direct, paved road through meadows and fields in 10-15 minutes. The surroundings are very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

Barrier-free apartment on the first floor of a two-family house. South-facing terrace with dining table and 4 chairs. Three minutes to Rewe, Aldi shopping center (open from 7:00 am to midnight). Alternative to the hotel (SAP, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, MLP). The apartment is furnished, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots... if anything is missing, just let us know. We'll get almost anything. We want you to feel comfortable.

I offer my private spacious 2 rooms with eat-in kitchen, strictly non-smoking apartment for up to 2 people with terrace and private entrance through the front garden here for rent. Anyone who disregards the smoking ban agrees to a penalty of at least 200 euros. With shower and separate toilet as well as a large kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and living room with cozy sofa. Rental without cleaning fee, linen and towels are provided.

You can comfortably prepare your meals in the spacious kitchenette. You have a small, private outdoor seating area right outside the door, but you should be somewhat fit and adventurous, as there is a steep staircase to climb.

In our comfortably furnished studio apartment, in a trendy country house style, you can relax and still be in the middle of the action. The apartment is at your sole disposal, has its own access and parking, but is not accessible for disabled guests. For this you have your own terrace overlooking the garden. Here you can relax and enjoy your time out.

Comfortable small 1-bed apartment. Ideally equipped for business travelers. Self check-in is possible any time after 3 pm. One to two people can sleep very well in the comfortable 1.60 m bed. The bathroom is located above the hallway, but is only used by this apartment. Daily housekeeping is included.
