Our stay at this Airbnb homestay was exceptional, largely due to the impeccable cleanliness of the property. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The host provided ample cleaning supplies which made us feel even more comfortable, especially in these times. The well-organized and clutter-free space made our stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. This homestay is perfect for anyone who values a clean and hygienic living space. We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning in the future!

I am very satisfied. Everything is close, just walk. Bawak family, all the elderly like it because all the conveniences are close. The house we got is clean and fully equipped. Two children having fun in the pool

the place is so nice and beautiful, the place described are true like the picture provided, the environment and surrounding are so peaceful and beautiful. can accomodate multiple vehicles since the porch is big, the place is suitable for 1 family of five even the room provided is one, but they provide extra matress to fit all guests. the toilet and kitchen are clean and the host are very friendly and responsive. i have a great experience and recommend for people looking for place to stay near kuala muda area.

Good Owner and fast respond

Nice place except there’s small insects in the house. Expected since the area is village area but would appreciate if the owner provides insect repellent especially to guest travelling with little babies.

the house area very logistics place, 5 minit drive you can find : Mary Brown, Zus, 7E, Watson, local restaurant, minit supermarket that you will find whatever ever you needs. house clean, easy to check in and checkout process 👍🏻

it was a nice stay.. comfy beds n all.. we ordered foodpanda once we checked in n the rider managed to find the unit hassle-free.. the owner stocked up the kitchen with pantry staples n it's free.. tq so much for the generosity.. will definitely come again

I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

A great apartment in a great location. The apartment quickly became our home away from home for our three week stay. We loved sitting out on the spacious verandah in the afternoons after a swim. The couple of maintenance issues we found on entry were addressed very quickly by Asmah and Hazwan. A WiFi/video issue crept in later in our stay, but we just watched less TV. The complex and its surroundings made walking a pleasure. We loved the 10min walk around the foreshore to get groceries at the nearby Lotus supermarket. A 2 ringgit airconditioned bus trip into Georgetown could be hailed immediately out side the complex. Our only disappointment during our stay had nothing to do with the apartment. To its credit the marina complex had many fine restaurants, albeit with menus that could be found in any city in the world, but as an ex Penangite my wife (and I) were disappointed with the complete lack of nearby hawker food stalls, which Penang is famous for.

I like the way to park easly. The house is very complete with plate& spoon. Also like the microwave easy for me to preheat my food since i stay for 3 days.

All was good. Lots of restaurants in the building.

Very responsive host. Check in instructions are clear. Beautiful surroundings, a lot of restaurant. Comfortable bed, water pressure is good. Furniture wear and tear. Good place to stay.

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

Splendid and very responsive owner

Nice place, great view. Lots good food nearby, and a few little night markets with good food (one by the nearby Lotus). A bit far from Georgetown but a 20min Grab will get you there. If you want to stay a little out of the hustle and bustle this is a great choice. Also low traffic and open areas to run (good place to prep for Penang Bridge Marathon) if that's something you are looking for.

Edward’s place was great. John met us on arrival outside and took our bags in for us, showed where everything was and took us up to the pool and gym. There are restaurants downstairs and it’s a short Grab ride to Gurney Plaza. Sam’s Groceria is downstairs and Lotus’s supermarket about 10 minutes’ walk. We didn’t use the large terrace much because it was too hot for us even with the fans on, but spent some hours every day by the pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The apartment is large with good air conditioning and fans. We hardly used the kitchen because we didn’t want to cook as there are so many food options around. I had a facial at Aster Spring salon downstairs and my friend had a pedicure in the nail salon on the first floor. It was a great place to stay, so thank you Edward and John.
