Holiday rentals with a patio in Kučine

Our stay at Darko’s place was very pleasant and thoroughly enjoyed it! It is a newly furnished apartment with a very clean and beautiful interior. Darko and their partner greeted at the airbnb on check in, were very welcoming and was available for any questions we had! Their apartment is a short walk away from the Mall of Split and other shops which made it easy to travel to them. Would recommend to everyone considering!

Amazing family run stay. Great value, cleanliness, it was equipped great and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in an oasis in the heart of Old Town Split!

Boravak je bio fantastičan! Smještaj je uredan, čist i opremljen sa svim što je potrebno za ugodan i bezbrižan odmor. Domaćin je bio vrlo ljubazan i brzo je odgovarao na sve naše poruke, što nam je mnogo olakšalo komunikaciju. Jacuzzi je bio poseban dodatak koji je naš boravak učinio još ljepšim. Sve je bilo točno kao što je opisano i predstavljeno na slikama. Toplo preporučujem ovaj smještaj svima koji žele kvalitetan odmor i sigurnu uslugu! ☺️

Davorka was an absolutely amazing host—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. The apartment was stunning: beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. She welcomed us with a lovely charcuterie plate featuring cheese, prosciutto, fresh fruit, and cold beverages—such a thoughtful and warm gesture. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and the wonderful recommendations she shared. It was the perfect start to our stay!

We had a fantastic experience and the apartment was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful and clean, a lovely location and great views from the balcony. Stobrec was peaceful and lovely with good restaurants and fantastic beaches. Ante and his wife were brilliant hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

After finding the address (only a short drive from the main road but lots of tight curves and caution must be exercised) , the check in and entire stay were seamless. We did not actually meet Anita but her mom let us in and even welcomed us with baking. The apartment was very modern and well decorated. The hot tub, A/C, etc all worked well. The waterfront was only a short walk away and had a lot to offer. A good central base for visits to other places such as Omis and Split. Overall, a great experience.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Thank you for everything!

The apartment was great, clean, good location for us, relatively private, enjoyed the pool and we needed it with the weather being so good! Good value for money too! Petar was a great host and very quick to reply for any questions we had, would HIGHLY recommend!!

Un appartement au top : hyper propre , au calme tout en étant proche des grands axes routiers ou du bus, literie très confortable. Et un accueil très chaleureux de Sandra et ses parents qui vivent à côté. Le logement est très bien équipé, est resté frais malgré la chaleur de la semaine, la terrasse couverte est parfaite. Sandra s’est montrée très arrangeante sur les horaires. Je recommande à 100% .

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

Home from home feeling, clean and tidy and the hosts were great, we were lucky enough to let us check in early!

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Mirko, was something else. So we were on a 30 tour of europe on our motorcycles. Arriving on 10th June . However our wifes flew out to meet us and arrived two days earlier on the 8th. Mirko met then in their arrival and greeted them with fresh meets cheeses, bread, give them all they needed to know and checking in with then on both days . We arrived two days later to being met also by Mirko with the same service and generousity. Checked in with us everyday and really looked after us . No where else id stay to be honest. 5 Star Service

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Ich versuche mich kurz zu halten obwohl ich wirklich viel (positives) schreiben könnte! Das Haus liegt etwas abseits von Split aber unproblematisch zu erreichen und wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Supermärkte, Restaurants und die Autobahnauffahrt sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist modern und top ausgestattet (Kaffeevollautomat, Weinkühlschrank, Eismaschine). Das Highlight ist ein Jacuzzi mit Blick auf die Berge. Alles war gepflegt und super sauber! Der Garten und der Pool sind ebenfalls traumhaft, Liegen, Schirme, Loungemöbel und Gasgrill, alles vorhanden! Zuletzt möchte ich noch unserer Gastgeberin Tina danken. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und immer zuverlässig, zuvorkommend und rücksichtsvoll betreut und mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt die man sich wünscht! Herzlichen Dank Tina! Ich kann dieses Haus nur wärmsteins empfehlen, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und hoffen bald wieder zu kommen!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta hus! Läget var perfekt - lugnt, tyst och med med en hissnande vacker utsikt. Huset var mycket välstädat och köket välutrustat, vilket gjorde det enkelt att laga mat själva. Det lilla extra vid ankomst, med ost, chark och dryck var en mycket uppskattat gest. Särskilt när man som vi anländer sent, efter att matvarubutikerna har stängt. Poolen var härlig att svalka sig i och pingisbordet bidrog till många roliga stunder. Tillgång till tvättmaskin var väldigt praktiskt. Mataffär och restaurang låg på bekvämt avstånd med bil, vilket gjorde det enkelt att handla och äta ute om man så önskade. Jasna och Jelena var tillgängliga och mycket tillmötesgående i kommunikationen. De ordnade både barnstol och resesäng åt oss, då vi hade en baby med oss i resesällskapet. Vi kan bara varmt rekommendera detta boende och skulle gärna återvända!

We stayed couple of nights here and it was just amazing. Very clean apartment with everything you need inside. Thanks to Erna & Barbara we had an amazing vacation. We recommend this place a lot!

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Dijana und Dragan waren supernette Hosts, haben mir sehr freundlich Orientierung über die Möglichkeiten rundum gegeben und waren mit allem behilflich. Sie waren immer erreichbar und wir hatten einen wirklich netten Kontakt. Sie stellten mir auch ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung, mit dem ich gut die Umgebung erkunden konnte. Der Platz gab mir viel ruhigen Freiraum und der Blick von dem wunderbaren Balkon ist atemberaubend schön. Das kleine Studio ist liebevoll und sauber hergerichtet. Der Ort bietet nette Möglichkeiten zu essen und es gibt einige schöne Strände. Perfekt für ein paar schöne Inseltage.

Very nice host, good value for money, perfect for family holidays

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, es cómodo, luminoso y está muy bien equipado. También estaba muy limpio. Además está muy cerca del centro comercial del que salen autobuses gratuitos hacia el puerto y tiene un supermercado grande, nos pareció súper útil. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen getroffen wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das gegenüberliegende Ufer und das Meet war jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken ein Highlight. Das Meer ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und auch die Fähre nach Split ist in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants und Strände. Niki hat uns einige Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem war er für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, wenn benötigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

A acomodação é muito perto das principais atrações da região. A parte chata é o trânsito ao redor, mas nada que faça alguém desistir do local. A Internet não tinha um sinal constante, mas também não foi interrompida em nenhum momento. Tudo correspondia ao anunciado e Mirko é muito educado e gentil.
