Luxury villa with pool close to the sea

Fantastic house for those who want that little extra! Pool area, gym, hot tub, sauna and a lovely garden to rest your eyes on. The pool is available and heated to at least 28 degrees between May and September. Close to store, clothing store, pizzeria, sushi, Thai and hamburger restaurant and 600 meters to train and bus station but above all the sea. The nearest city is Stenungsund, 10 minutes by car. Good connections to both Gothenburg and Uddevalla by train or bus. 30 minutes by car to Gothenburg.

Skärgårdshuset

Mycket rymlig och lyxig villa, bara ett stenkast från havet. Gångavstånd till mycket barnvänlig strand som även lämpar sig bra för tonåringar med bryggor och hopptorn. Huset har tre våningar. På mellanplan där man "hänger" har man direkt anslutning till den mycket härliga uteplatsen. Huset har 5 st sovrum. Två stycken dubbelsängar á 180 cm, 1 st säng á 160 cm samt 2 st 120 cm sängar. Det finns en studsmatta för barnen. En vedeldad badtunna. Man har med sig egna sängkläder och handdukar.

"Skiftehuset"

The house is in a cozy family neighborhood with access to several playgrounds and a grocery store about 2-3 km away. There is a hot tub on the terrace and a conservatory decorated like a movie theater with a popcorn machine. The house has an upstairs with a large and airy bedroom. Downstairs, there are two children's rooms with beds and toys for 3-8 year olds. Located 20 minutes from Gothenburg. Bed linens are brought by the guests. Free parking. There is a dog in the home.

Spacious and peaceful accommodation with a quiet and rural location close to Gothenburg, Kungälv and Ytterby. Laundry room, two bathrooms, fireplace, patio adjacent to kitchen, and hot tub on request. Parking for 3-4 cars. Gothenburg city center is 20 km away via the Kornhall ferry or 30 km via Kungälv and the E6. Distance to Ytterby is 6 km. In Ytterby there is a grocery store, bakery, café, gas station, railway station and church.

Take a dip by the cliffs or swim in our sauna and hot tub with sea views of the sea.

Välkomna till Kyrkesund! I vårt sommarhus finns plats för vänner och familj. Här bor ni omgiven av natur och fina promenadområden med närhet till bad och sevärdheter. Det finns totalt 11 sängar medräknat madrasser på loft (plan 3). Utöver det finns dubbel bäddsoffa och utrymme för fler madrasser. Det finns även en lekplats i närheten. 1 vuxen- och 2 barncyklar finns och några hjälmar. Sängkläder är inte inkluderat.
