With the sea in the eye-catcher is the guesthouse built in 2021 on a part of our property. There are sleeping places for four people, two in the double bedroom and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse includes a wind-protected patio. Here, all seasons have their charm. May-September there is a swimming ladder from cliffs 200 m away. It is just over a km to the municipal swimming area with jetties. There are good opportunities for walks/hikes and excursions at Tjörn. Härön protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

Welcome our idyllic summer house on Fjällsholmen, a peaceful, car-free island just south of Marstrand! Here you can enjoy nature with stunning views of the sea, directly from the living room. Swimming jetty for salty baths and access to the wood heated sauna with great sea view. Well planned house with spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Private boat ride that takes under 5 minutes from the mainland. Small motor boat included. No ferry connection. Commuting distance to Gothenburg in 40 minutes.

Welcome to our unique home in Rönnäng, Tjörn. Our self contained apartment of 25m2 is by the water with a fantastic view of Dyrön, Åstol, Marstrand & the west sea. The apartment has a smaller bedroom with a single bed. A room with kitchenette, dining area & a 160 bed for 2 people. Bed linens & towels are included. One bathroom with toilet & shower. Access to the deck with chairs & table. 150 meters to kårevik swimming area with sandy beach. 500 meters to grocery store. 1 km to Restaurants & ferry location to Åstol & Dyrön

Relax with family in this cozy home located a stone's throw from Rönnäng harbor. The house is at the top of the street by itself with a lush garden and a babbling stream next door. Walking distance to beautiful Klädesholmen as well as the ferry that takes you to the coastal gems Dyrön & Åstol. Restaurants, shops, sights, hiking trails and salty swimming are close by. Bed sheets & towels are included, cleaning is done by the guest at checkout. Charging of electric car against fee. Enjoy the west coast's best sunsets!

Little Saltkråkan

Hot tub, sauna and sea swimming - Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with almost all the facilities one needs. We have three rooms with beds for two people in each room. In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. Summer time is included in the cottage but max 8 people in total. It is a hidden idyll that was once a holiday island for Volvo employees. At that time, the island was called Trälen. You see Björkö, Karlatornet and Marstrand from the island.

I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng samt dagbädd och i vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för två presoner. Boendet är avskilt och privat.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Apartment in Kårevik, Rönnäng

Det är ca 350 m till ICA affären och i Skärhamn, en mil bort, finns en större ICA affär, systembolag och ännu fler restauranger och butiker.

If you would like to take a trip to Marstrand, it is less than a quarter away with a car. Here you have a home with hall and bedroom downstairs and a staircase up there is a living room (with fireplace)and open plan kitchen (with dishwasher) with up to 4 m to ceiling. Large bathroom with shower, washer and dryer.
