Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. We're in a quiet residential area with excellent road and public communications. Here you have grocery store and other amenities within walking distance. By bus or tram you can easily reach central Gothenburg in 15 minutes and the sea, with bath and ferry boats that gives you quick access to the archipelago. We hope to make you feel comfortable and at home!

Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

Välkommen till husets charmiga ovanvåning, dit du kommer via en egen ingång. Huset har nyligen genomgått en omfattande renovering i tidstypisk stil. Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg. Det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.

Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
