Shodoshima, 30 seconds to the sea, you can see the sea from any room

This house is built on the quiet seaside in Shodoshima Town. The house was built just for dusk watching the sea and the sunset.Therefore, I apologize for the large number of stairs on the terrace, but I can never call it barrier-free.(I will do my best to help with my luggage, etc.) However, at the end of the high terrace, there is a glittering, calm and beautiful sea in Setouchi, and a kane-colored sunset that changes faces every day. Forget your time and enjoy the extraordinary. *We are currently not accepting pet stays. If you would like to make a reservation, please contact us before making your booking. The interior is accessed by climbing the terrace stairs.It is not handicap accessible. Please be sure to accompany small children or adults when climbing up and down the stairs. Also, on rainy days, there are many stairs, so it may be inconvenient. The road in front of the inn is not paved. Please note that this may be an inconvenience. There is a lot of nature around the inn, so there are definitely insects.Sometimes insects come in together when opening and closing windows and doors.(Especially at night, insects gather in the light of the inn) We are very sorry, but please refrain from staying if you are not good with insects.

Restored historical 100+ year old Traditional Japanese style home. 20% discount offered on multiple day stays. All 3 bedrooms are tatami mat with Futon bedding. 1 BR on the 1st fl. with a garden view that historically, had been used as a waiting place for tea ceremony guests. There is a kitchen/dining area and a full-Bath with western amenities and use of a washing machine on the 1st fl. The 2nd Floor provides 2 adjoining BR separated by shoji screen doors and also includes a half-bath.

iikazegafuku.｜It's a charming small inn on Teshima

It’s located in a village called Karato Oka. You’ll find the Teshima Museum and rice terraces within a short walking. The guesthouse is a Japanese wooden house with only one room, so you can use privately. The room on the second floor has a slightly lower ceiling, giving it a cozy cabin or tea room feel. OHANA is a private seaside cottage on Naoshima, known as a sacred place of contemporary art. There are two cottages, sea side and mountain side; Lani is the mountain-side cottage. Free parking is available on site. The cottage accommodates 6–8 guests and includes a kitchen and washing machine. It is a 3-minute walk to the Yellow Pumpkin and 2 minutes to the bus stop. Tokuto is a newly renovated private mansion built in the 1940s on Teshima. The property is conveniently located about 10mins walk from Ieura Port.
